As someone who suffers from PTSD, Depression and Anxiety, I've had trouble sleeping for years, but while I was going through EMDR Therapy ( it was a partial success? I guess) I found that seeing lights, even when I closed my eyes, actually helped relax me, and recently I remembered that fact, so I was looking into ASMR Light Triggers, and you're by far the best one I've found so far, lately I've been sleeping a lot better, than any other time in the last 10 years. Great Job, and Thank you.

I just need to say that I LOVE all your videos and they all help me fall asleep every night.. but without fail I always need to put this exact video on to actually fall into a deep sleep. TH-cam suggested this vid to me and I'm not disappointed! New sub here, this was amazing very relaxing and thingly :) I'm glad I didn't close my eyes too much though haha because I love the lights. Especially at 9:18 what a brilliant idea to tape the light to the brush. Two of my fav things in 1 also the light beam gave a smokey effect which I found to be cool as well.

Do you ever get to a point where you’ve said it so many times that it starts to lose meaning in your brain for a bit?
