Whether it’s creating something, art, music, sculpting your body, ANYTHING you care about, and that you can lose yourself in. You must be hyper focused on yourself, rather than the girl who left. Cheap dopamine fixes will give you relief for sure, but they’re temporary and mess you up in the long run. Alcohol, for you, is a symptom of there being a hole inside you, emotionally speaking; you need to fill that hole with something worthy of you, something that will make you proud of yourself. God knows, this isn’t easy. But rest assured, we’re all pulling for you here. You’re more capable than you know. Best of luck, my friend! And hugs from England ❤️

But I'm too asocial to go out, do anything. Idk. Life is disgusting. I've never had a single friend irl, never in my entire life, not at school, not at work. Idfk. Alcohol takes the pain away, for few hours
