* Android - upto 120w charger.
* iphone - What is Watt ?
We earn more than Chinese. We sell 20w charger seperately for Rs 2,000. 😀😀
* iphone :
Same old notch ( now modified as "Dynamic island" ) , no charger in box, no 3.5 mm audio jack, no FM radio, no expandable memory card slot, one sim + one e-sim, usb type 'C' charging port only in latest 15 series from September 2023, only 60hz display in non pro iPhone 15 models.
🤔🤔
But, iphone is the best. 😀😀
@@sunilnathani3924🍎or more like 🍏 just milking it's fanboys and fangals nowadays.
@@sunilnathani3924Yeah but you gotta admit Iphones performance still remains the same after 6-7 years . The camera quality is as good as it was when it was first booted . The smoothness is same and the resale value is very high . Only thing in iphone that degrades after a long time is its battery. I know basic requirements and customisation is missing in iphones plus they are overpriced but no other Android can do what an iphone can . But androids are catching up to iphones but still not close enough.I am an android fanboy but i admit iphones performance is still the best .

one more thing regarding peak brightness
"brightness is measured logarithmically, not linearly, meaning 1,200 nits is only twice as bright as 300 nits."
Wow thanks for new info bro
interesting.
Wow...that's new to me, but yeah 1200 nits defining a brightness of a single pixel, now it makes sense
Bro fill up the hiring form
That's not logarithmically, that is a square proportionality

I initially thought that was going to be a nonsense video because of this ufs 2.2 > 3.1, but I was pleasingly surprised that you are one of the few people who remembers the difference between sequantial read/write and random ones. Bravo, nice one
Virtual Ram slows down the phone considerably. These days, most phone come with 8gb ram. And that's good enough for anything kind of task a phone needs to perform. The storage used for internal memory isn't nearly as fast as a RAM. Hence, please turn off the virtual ram booster after getting a phone.
Literally useless idk why company advertise it and people fall for it
What about old phones with just 4 gigs of RAM?
@@sebastian_manuells That phone will most likely need an upgrade. and if that phone has 4gb RAM, it's internal storage is even slower than current UFS 3.1 (for mid range). Virtual Ram wouldn't do you any good. Phones, computers all these have 2 types of Memory. Internal storage is secondary memory. Whereas, RAM is primary memory. Think of them as 2 different class of storage. Because they are 2 completely different class of storage.
Any idea what is the difference between this virtual memory and regular swap memories with every os uses since decades
That is true.RAM is ultra fast type of storage, but that needs constant power while UFS/SSD is a slower kind of storage that retains data even after power is cut off.Besides RAM chips are costlier to manufacture as compared to the increasingly cheaper UFS/SSD chips.
More of these information videos PLEASE!!!!!
Everyone's been blabbing about the things on paper for a long time now........
Such real life comparisons and information videos are really helpful.
This is a great video. Just make sure you incorporate these things in the next mobile review you do, like HBM, Random read/write speed for storage etc.
Nowadays every TH-camr will bring the nothing phone 2a in any of there videos whether it's a review of the phone or not...
Looks cool na😂😂❤❤

This video cleared lot of our misconceptions about smartphones. Thanks techwiser.
you missed one small point ; it's not IP "sixty eight" or "sixty seven" is actually IP "six eight" or "six seven" and so on and so forth.
It's basically similar to how you read numbers after a decimal. 1.68 is one point six eight, and not one point sixty eight.
@@parsibava spot on.
Ten eighty is preferred over thousand eighty (1080p),it isn't actually a mistake just a preference
@@nomad5765But in this case, it is generally more appropriate to isolate the two numbers in pronunciation, as they mean two different things: first digit signifies pressure resistance, while second digit represents water ingress resistance.
sad person you are.
can you create video on best to buy Gan adapters for all purpose like, 65W for laptop 45W for tab and 20W for mobile
A good & informative video. Thanks buddy.. few more such kind of stuffs pls 🤟
Heads up for this vid man ❤
Camera megapixels don't matter until the software is fully capable of utilising it and have good processing to capture good pictures.
Ex. Older versions of Pixel and iPhones were the best camera phones with 12 MP cameras and not others that had 50 or 100 MP cameras
That's also wrong, the Best Camera phone has been the Single core CPU 41MP Nokia 808 from 2012, and it kept that title for about 10 Years.
Still, the iPhone 15pro max only beats it at night, not in daylight.
Megapixel don't matter if you don't have the sensor size to support it.
Nice format and content - Just one suggestion in content shared
IP X (1st one for Solids i.e. Dust) X (2nd one for Liquids i.e. Clean Water) - IP67 (6 Solid, 7 Liquid)
and not I & P which stands for Ingress Protection
Cheers
Oops that's a mistake in the edit. Thanks bruh!!
What about longterm usage, doesn't matter if performance difference is low today coz they are optimized for current apps but it lower spec will start slowing down faster than higher spec one
Great Video, informative videos like these that help those who cant tell apart the gimmicks are rare. Awesome work Team TW!
Damn! just noticed the brightness effect around 1:14 and it's cool, kudos to the editing team
greatly explained... these kind of practical comparisions are much needed now.. whereas many just read out the specs which is not a actual comparision
I think Motorola is lying by saying that edge 50 pro has UFS 2.2, whereas it seems to have UFS 3.1 because scoring so high on storage tests can't be possible alone by software optimization itself. If that was the case, wouldn't the engineers at Nothing made such good optimizations to make their Phone 2A even better? If Moto does actually have UFS 2.2, then it is actually a big feat for their software team.
Moto's "Read" speed is lower than 3.1 but "Write" speed is higher than that 😊 + their optimization is better.
same confusion here
Their peak speed is that of a normal UFS 2.0 Phone, however, unlike most others, Motorola managed to make it even reach something close to that speed regardless of what you are doing.
In random Access, Motorola managed similar speed of UFS 4.0 out of UFS 2.2.
It's still just 700MB per sec in those harder tasks, however, an iPhone 15 drops down to 50MB per sec at more complicated tasks.
Motorola didn't increase the UFS 2.2 Potential per say, instead, they made it so stable that it simply outclasses UFS 3.1. Phones in any task, by not ever dropping hard in speed.
For SSDs the bottleneck is actually in the controller and the NAND chips, not the interface. For example, a PCIe gen 3 optane drive will absolutely destroy even the most high end PCIe gen 5 NAND drive in random r/w. And even on older interfaces you can increase r/w speeds using more parallel chips. That's why on SSDs you see 1TB performing better than 512GB model, which in turn performs better than 256GB model, and so on.
Using all these factors you can make SSDs on older interfaces like UFS 2.0 be quite performant too.
ufs spec is the max speed. the random speed is not dependant on it, and is the most important one. moto is better at random read/write, hence better at storage. same can be said for computer ssd's (eg samsung 990 evo vs solidigm p44 pro)
Best tech video of the year ❤🎉
Some people just see the numbers and think .. ohhh it's slow or less ... Like UFS 2.2 in moto vs UFS 3. They don't know anything about optimization...
Even UFS 3.1 can be slow with poor optimization.
Nowadays numbers are just gimmicks, Nearly every smartphone has capable hardware, people should be more focused on software and optimization
by ur logic iphone 11 should beat s24 ultra in gaming
Okay? And? You can get UFS 4.0 for half what the Moto costs in my country. And with a processor twice as good.
But people in india buy phones based on branding not the software😂😂😂😂
Whats after 2 yr , ufs 2.2 is gonna slow more thn 3.1 , processor , storage type , ram type everything matters most
Ip rating , brightness , camera , battery , customization all these r more or less same
@@revanth2103atleast I don't do that, idk about you
“Mother nature😅” apple really gets away with anything

Well, Pratik got a catch to talk about real life experience
You should also test ram speed with CPDT app, some base variant gets only single channel ram which reduces the speed in half.
I would say this is how phone reviews should be done. Not just by blabbering the company given specs. I hope in your upcoming videos you will add a section like real life specs along with the company shared specs. Will be a game changer against false advertisement

Congrats! Good Content by techwiser after long time
Best video I ever watched on Mobile Phone tech till date. Really refreshing and informative.👌
Very good video. One thing I'd like to point out is that you charged the Moto Edge 50 at a state of charge of 86%. Li-Po Batteries reach constant voltage mode at around 60-70% SOC and thereby the wattage drops. Try measuring the charge Watts at 20% to 40% SOC to make it a fair benchmark.
I have many options under 10k but i bought moto g14 (4gb ram) ...and really satisfied with its ram management,ui etc...,it holds youtube video in background for more than 6 hours.🥺❤️
Peak brightness is pretty good spec.
Because when you are under the directly under the sun, you can see the difference between low and high brightness
You didn't see video , did you ?
Being a person, who's first phone was a 3310, back in the days when it just came out, the only real specification(beside the copy paste CPU, ram and screen) is the OS. And not even the android version of it, but what did the vendor actually do to it - how it performs, how tuned is the battery optimization and stuff like that.
Things like "oh, it charges in an hour" make me believe that in 10 years or so the chargers will be like electric teapots - 2kwt. Full with water, turn on for 20 minutes, use, repeat.
I thought I knew everything about specs
This was very educative. Thank you

I have a question bro,
Is HBM and Auto brightness mode both are same or different??
