This can be the fastest way to meal prep for a bodybuilder who is busy most of the time.
You meal prep one day and while you’re at work you just keep the chicken, beef or turkey wraps in the fridge, take it out and enjoy!
    Thanks for the video!

Stuck it in a just turned off 375 degree oven for one minute and it worked just as well. Thanks so much for this!

It's been a while since I had those I forgot how to cook the leaves I was thinking blanche but steaming sounds about right

Okay. I made these tonight. But, I noticed that the collards were bitter. Is this normal?

can you make a video how to eat that collard green wraps.

    • @EatNakedNow

Yeah, they are definitely an acquired taste. Since they are slightly bitter, just make sure the sauce you use with it is on the sweeter side and it should go down easier. Thanks for watching!

    What is in the filling?

It's from the recipe in the book Eat Naked.

Margaret said naked, and I didn't hear anything else. Very tricky, Margaret, very very tricky.

Yeah, it's the type of brand that reveals a lot about where a person's brain takes them. :)
