Since 4 months is 40 years (1 earth day is 4 months, 3 days is a year), before it became the same in both realms. When you've had enouph, ur offered to do the tortur to others. If u like it, u will shred away pieces of ur humanity, ur sense of caring. Until there's not even 0.01% of it left. Is when u r fully demonized.

Lucifer is a fallen Angel, and he was supposed to be one of the most beautiful Arch Angels, so it would make sense that whatever he used to look like is now so horrifying that it legit traumatizes people who see it. We got a glimpse at his true form towards the end of the show, but I don't think it even comes close to how horrifying his true form really is.
Imagine what a tesseract, or rather a 4D shape would look like. Yeah, you can't. Your brain literally does not have the capability to imagine anything that goes beyond 3D. We know from Cas that angels in supernatural are multi-dimensional entities. Now imagine looking at something that your brain is physically incapable of processing. It wouldn't matter what that thing looks like, it is going to fuck you up in ways that words cannot even begin to describe.

They're better described than demons on the show,like that they're so bright they can burn a humans eyes out,we also know they have wings and a halo (on the 14th season we see a glimpse of what Michle looks like) and that their wings can be "damaged",when Castiel and Metatron were looking for Cas' grace his wings looked ripped apart,and at the end of season 8 (i think) we can see the angels falling and they seem quite humanoid So angels would pretty much seem like super bright people with wings and a halo,but on heaven they seem like normal humans,and on earth they look like demons but with bluish white smoke right? Demons are spiritual entities that have been divorced from their humanity. Most spirits look human because they still have a connection to their human existence. I believe their true form would be a symbolic representation of their experiences and the things they did most often.
In Supernatural, most of the low level demons are the souls of humans that were tortured so much that they have a hard on for torturing others. Pretty simple. They look like humans. The fallen angels also look like humans because that's what they were made to look like by God - with the only known exception being the arch angels and cass. Cass said his true orm is the size of a building. I think he said the Chrysler building. And the arch angel said he had 4 faces and one of them was a lion.
My favorite monster is djinn because their powers is very interesting. A monster user dreams to trap others people in a very happy dream realm that power alone put them alway up .

With ghosts, when Sam and Dean salt and burn the bones to send the spirit into its afterlife. Heaven or Hell. It got me thinking about how that works for demons. As we see in the show, if you burn the bones from a demons original body, it kills the demon. So here's my questions. If a ghost was salted and burned, then it was sent to Hell afterwards to be tortured and possibly becomes a demon. Would you have to re-burn the bones to kill the demon, or would it not work because the bones have already been burned? Would the demon be immune to being killed by that method? Does the salts involvement have something to do with it? Just a few questions I've been struggling with for the past few months. I'm sure it could've been a lore mix-up thing, but I'm still curious, so I've decided to ask. If I'm missing an important piece of information that easily solves this problem, please let me know. Honestly I think they look alot like people do just ripped and torn apart in different ways still resempling who they were in life but twisted and torn and how that shows is based on the part of hell they were tortured in. The reason I think this, is if it wasn't for chuck dean chances are would have been a replacement for alastor due to the torture method. I think hell looks at the souls and while all get tortured, they take factors into account for each soul for example "what they sold their soul for, what area they died in, what they were in life etc" then I believe they take those souls to different sections of hell to torture. This would explain why different teams go towards different ways of killing in life, and why some are more able in things such as witch craft. Seeing as how the systems work in supernatural, It makes sense considering if you think about it Sam is partly a demon, not completely but due to the demon blood it would have shaped him some, not even counting his eyes turn black when using the power. This is why we see sam get the twisted face, That why I think this if we take a look at character who sold their souls seeing the twisted faces, I believe those twisted faces are their true forms. it makes sense that a demon would watch over those that sold their souls best they could.

This is a very interesting theory about how demons could possibly look. I most certainly agree that the hell Souls were on the cusp of becoming full demons. I mean like how could they not being tortured for years and years and not turn into demons.🤔 I know this sounds weird, but since Supernatural is going to be looking at a season 16, I've been thinking in my head about it being animated kind of like Supernatural the animation. the visualisations of both heaven and hell could, never really stack up to expectations... you sort of shoot yourself in the foot as a writter in early seasons, then have to create what you explained in mythic terms... didn't make a lot of sense in the heaven and hell depictions to not see any beings in their true forms, sure, a few vessels walking around, but predominantly, light, darkness, manifestations, of sorts... I remember Alistair describing Earth as 'too concrete', um, yeah... Hell was literally just concrete...
In your previous theory on why crowley has red smoke you said it could be he's still slightly human. maybe because he didn't go all the way a little bloody flesh is still on his bones.
It's the one thing I had an issue with shows like Supernatural. They're given a tight budget. Compared to Evil, X-files, amd Sleepy Hollow. At least The Winchesters stepped up with monster design with the loup garou.
A think there's a way to explain the season two demon and Crowley's red smoke while still staying in line with your idea. For the season two demon it could depend on how much time it was in hell, if it's a newer demon then maybe it hasn't had the time to adapt to hell like the other demons so it still poses a human-ish form. As form Crowley's smoke it might been from Bobby finding his human remains. Two possible ways this could work is if Bobby did start burning the bones and then stopped or not. Or where has access to his remains unlike normal demons he's smoke changes to show how he's closer to his human life than other demons.
Man watching these videos just makes me sad how lame the later seasons were. Some really good episodes but overall just seem much more lazy overall. Ive been rewatching the early seasons and the passion with the storytelling is more noticeable
Honestly that and the later archangels broke the whole story, like to me archangels should have been multiversal beings as well as chuck created them for the purpose of locking up amara, they weren’t his first creation as it is stated that chuck would create only for amara to destroy, but they were likely the first things chuck created that were powerful enough to last long enough to be able to help chuck lock amara away, and he he mark of cain is something lucifer would passed down to him in every universe, but instead of having countless archangels for each universe all who have the same memories despite the fact only 1 set of archangels would have helped chuck lock amara up, instead of that mess of it, it would have keep the universe consistent if each universe had its own angels all controlled by the archangels who are multiversal so the story is consistent, and with them all being locked away or dead in our universe, you could have different angels taking over like cass did briefly and empowered by different methods, so that the story itself makes some sense cuz as is the story doesn’t make sense, we dont even get a true or prime michael or prime lucifer we never learn which set of archangels actually helped chuck locked her away, and thats a downfall of the writers you can tell they didn’t planned anything out, they were making stuff up as they went along hence all the horrendous amount of plot holes spread from season to season

the visualisations of both heaven and hell could, never really stack up to expectations... you sort of shoot yourself in the foot as a writter in early seasons, then have to create what you explained in mythic terms... didn't make a lot of sense in the heaven and hell depictions to not see any beings in their true forms, sure, a few vessels walking around, but predominantly, light, darkness, manifestations, of sorts... I remember Alistair describing Earth as 'too concrete', um, yeah... Hell was literally just concrete...

In your previous theory on why crowley has red smoke you said it could be he's still slightly human. maybe because he didn't go all the way a little bloody flesh is still on his bones.
It's the one thing I had an issue with shows like Supernatural. They're given a tight budget. Compared to Evil, X-files, amd Sleepy Hollow. At least The Winchesters stepped up with monster design with the loup garou.
A think there's a way to explain the season two demon and Crowley's red smoke while still staying in line with your idea.
For the season two demon it could depend on how much time it was in hell, if it's a newer demon then maybe it hasn't had the time to adapt to hell like the other demons so it still poses a human-ish form.
As form Crowley's smoke it might been from Bobby finding his human remains. Two possible ways this could work is if Bobby did start burning the bones and then stopped or not. Or where has access to his remains unlike normal demons he's smoke changes to show how he's closer to his human life than other demons.

Man watching these videos just makes me sad how lame the later seasons were. Some really good episodes but overall just seem much more lazy overall. Ive been rewatching the early seasons and the passion with the storytelling is more noticeable

Honestly that and the later archangels broke the whole story, like to me archangels should have been multiversal beings as well as chuck created them for the purpose of locking up amara, they weren’t his first creation as it is stated that chuck would create only for amara to destroy, but they were likely the first things chuck created that were powerful enough to last long enough to be able to help chuck lock amara away, and he he mark of cain is something lucifer would passed down to him in every universe, but instead of having countless archangels for each universe all who have the same memories despite the fact only 1 set of archangels would have helped chuck lock amara up, instead of that mess of it, it would have keep the universe consistent if each universe had its own angels all controlled by the archangels who are multiversal so the story is consistent, and with them all being locked away or dead in our universe, you could have different angels taking over like cass did briefly and empowered by different methods, so that the story itself makes some sense cuz as is the story doesn’t make sense, we dont even get a true or prime michael or prime lucifer we never learn which set of archangels actually helped chuck locked her away, and thats a downfall of the writers you can tell they didn’t planned anything out, they were making stuff up as they went along hence all the horrendous amount of plot holes spread from season to season

So, was Azazel a human? In the apocrypha Azazel is a fallen angel. I think it would make sense if some Demons were formerly Angels, but they have lost their angelic form, because they no longer view themselves as such.

The little girl ghost that you're calling the demon was called a demon yes in the show but they also explained that she's a ghost or a poltergeist it's been there too long so basically it's tortured itself to becoming a demon on Earth that's why the rules are different probably why the rules are different for the horseman too and the prince's
