This has to be a special episode in a Supernatural season. Like that special black and white classic monsters episode. Also, the story and pacing and the structure, all fit perfectly to Supernatural writing style. There are stakes, there is danger that the brothers need to fight, and there is action, drama, etc. But it all has to be done in 1 hour episode. Doesnt leave much room for exposition heavy scenes or action heavy scenes. Everything has to be calculated and balanced. With that said, I think a monster like Michael Myers deserves more runtime. Some aspects of him have to become personal to the brothers. We see this happen in most Supernatural cases they solve. But Michael is just so iconic, the brothers case with him has to be more inclusive. I dont know if i am able to properly express my thinking as a relatively newer Supernatural fan, but these are my thoughts. The characters, their interactions, all were pretty good. Except again the brothers. Supernatural seasonal story arcs affect the brother's relationship heavily. They fight, they argue, they commit to save each other, they have fun sometimes, etc. This was missing from this particular fanfic episode of Michael Myers. If we try to place this episode in a specific season of Supernatural, I think we can define the dynamics between the brothers more profoundly. Overall 10/10 for concepts. But minor details still need to be clarified enough for it to be an actual Supernatural episode. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The crossover should be a 3 part series. Part 1, Initial encounter. Part 2, Panicked retreat followed by exposition by Lori. Part 3, Final showdown with hints of a return. This way, we get all of the needs met.

My younger brother and I were talking about this, and thought the Winchester Brothers have really met GOD of the universe whether its Chuck or Jack. And in the new series The Winchesters, Dean even travels in the Multiverse. Just goes to show that there are aspects of reality the Brothers still need to explore and understand. And this is where legendary monsters/horror icons like Michael Meyers or Jason or even the clown Pennywise can fit in the narrative of a typical Supernatural show.
Holy oil, angel blade, the Colt, Crowley, Castiel, Rowena, Gabriel, and countless more allies/tools would make this just another average hunt for them.
They have experience with people invading their dreams so I think they’d have an advantage over most people. depending on the season they could honestly just go “cas”.
The only change I can say so far is that Dean should be interested in the case rather than Sam, And Dean should be making references to popular slashers(other than Halloween obviously) to indicate he enjoys the slasher genre and that is the motivation for him looking for a case that is right out of the slasher genre to check out on Halloween. Mainly cause Sam is usually portrayed as the one opposed to the goofy side adventures that Dean is excited about, and Deans established love of TV and Movies would translate well to the episode concept(like with the scooby doo episode)
I'm gonna be honest I can't see michael myers winning, he's not much more of a threat than many of the things they fight on a daily basis, and dean has a grenade launcher in the impala.
@CatsPawPrint-23 Yeah, that'd be interesting, but they literally have magic luck based powers, so they'd probably win, especially if they use Dean's grenade launcher or mjolnir. The colt would definitely work, too. Other than maybe a would chipper or something, those are the three win conditions they have that I can think of right now that doesn't rely on outside help like castiel. Depending on what version of michael we use, because some aren't very affected by bullets while others are.

It's so big that even shows like lucifer make references to it, specifically lucifer, mentioning the angel castiel, which isn't a real angel and is a name created by supernatural. I also just love their interpretation of angels and the wing shadows. The fanart for angel true forms is just so alien and unique and just cool and is what I imagine the angels true forms to actually look like. I also wish the show had a bigger budget so they could probably display the power of certain characters as well as make monsters look more monster like. I wish we got to see the dragons true form. I also wish more monsters actually looked like monsters like the rougaru, which could have been given the swamp monster design since they already have werewolves and the rougaru's most common depiction is like a werewolf but not the only depiction. I miss monsters like the wendigo. That's honestly one of my favorite episodes, if not my favorite episode, and it's the first one that depicts a monster. The banshee was cool. The werewolves were just too human, teen wolf had more wolf like werewolf designs. The arachne really should have been more spider like. I wish we got to see the demons' true forms since we know they do have one, their smoke form us just how they manifest on earth like how angels have the exact opposite as a like streams of like instead of smoke. Dean said he could see the demons' real faces, so they definitely have one, and some angels have lion heads. You'd also just expect angels to be stronger, especially when castiel's true form is over a thousand feet tall like the gate guardian from scp. I also just wish Demon Dean had more time. He never even had the chance to display the most basic demon ability, i.e., telekinesis. We never had white eyed demons explained like more specific Alastair. Samhain was never really explained either, despite being a very important demon. Physically most creatures don't seem as strong as they should, Vesta a mid tier goddess as far as I can tell was able to lift a vehicle which was considered quite impressive which is sad that a god is barely a multi tonner. Honestly, physically supernatural isn't that strong it's the hax abilities and destructive abilities that are quite strong, like in a fist fight god would probably lose to black panther but could kill him with a snap. Regardless of the shows, many flaws, I still love it, and I'm sad it's over and really sad that Winchesters got canceled

Did you know that Jason Voorhees was actually gonna be in an episode. The episode is S3E10 Dream A Little Dream of Me. In Bobby’s mindscape Dean was gonna fight Jason but bc if the cluster fuck that is the F13 rights they couldn’t do it last minute.Eric Kripke even forced a bunch of people to watch one of the F13 movies as research. Part 6 if I remember correctly. Art came from adversity though. They replaced that with Dean coming across a demon version of himself that was his fear for what would happen in Hell. The original Deanmon. That’s similar to Iron Man’s last line in Endgame. He was gonna flip Thanos off and tell him to fuck off or to go fuck himself.
I've loved Michael Myers and the Halloween franchise cause of the Holiday itself, the ending of your fanfic would work great for bringing back Michael Myers for another episode or two for later seasons, for instance the Brothers are working a case in the next season and they start remembering the similarities between their current case and the case involving Michael Myers, especially with the way your fanfic episode ends there could be a good chance that Michael Myers survived, after all even though his body and mask were burned his original knife could still be out there some place safe,I forgot which movie it was but he did go back to the house he was born in to get the knife that he had hidden, just some ideas I started having while writing this comment
You should've picked the strongest Slayer Jason, because everyone else is too easy to kill. Jason however killed his version of the devil and came back from hell. You could've even made Crowley ask the boys for help for a being that escaped hell.
I loved this! And I personally really like them getting the win over Michael. However, I think in true VS fashion to appease fans of both sides, it should end more in a draw, with Myers getting seemingly taken out, only to mysteriously escape once again. Sort of like the ending to the first film.

See, Michael has an annoying habit of not dying. It doesn't really have a soul so Castiel can't Smite him. The Shape also has a really annoying habit of just saying no to damage. And I'm fairly certain It either has super speed or can teleport. The Winchesters are incredibly capable but to this day, we, the viewers, don't really know what Michael Myers is or was. A serial killer? Metaphysical embodiment of evil incarnate? The boogey man? An old man? Depending on the time line, all are viable options. But one thing is certain. Michael Myers always comes back. No matter what. It's has been burned, decapitated, shot, blown up, run over, poisoned, fed into an industrial shredder, cursed, stabbed, beaten, and many other things. And The Shape just doesn't stay dead. Good news is that It's a creature of habit and only attacks once a year on Halloween. And lord forbid you're in Haddonfield on that night. I think with the proper prep and foreknowledge, the Winchesters could take on Michael Myers provided they stay at range. Because It doesn't have a soul so demon killing knives, angel blades, the Colt, and potentially even ark angel blades may not be enough to end it. Death's Scythe and God's Handgun could do the trick but Michael tends to walk off anything else. Explode The Shape? Eh, It'll be back in a few hours. The Brothers needs to play a long game and stall until morning. Because the moment they get in close, Michael Myers will quite literally tear them apart. Because Michael doesn't play with his food. The Boogey Man stalks it and kills it. Nothing more. It's best you not be within arm range because Michael Myers has the most amount of horror movies and the largest body count out of any Slasher villain. It's best to just to avoid whatever it is or occupy It until Halloween ends and It disappears for another year. Because you don't beat Michael Myers. You only survive Michael Myers.

It's why I mentioned the industrial shredder in my original post. 2) The Halloween franchise has 13 movies to it's name, 12 of which Michael Myers is the main villain. That's more movies than Friday the 13th at 12. In terms of horror movies, the Halloween franchise does have the most to it's name. 3) I said highest body count of any slasher villain, not horror monster. Michael has 173 kills, Jason 167, Freddie 63, etc. But Pennywise has an ESTIMATED kill count in the tens of thousands. I don't count hypotheticals. Only one screen deaths. Pennywise and the tall man both have huge off screen kill counts but I don't count off screen, only on screen. But Pennywise and Tall Man don't count as slashers. They count as monsters. Slashers slash, Freddie, Jason, Michael, Ghostface, etc. My main point was that Michael is weird. He could be supernatural, he could not be. But while dying, he never stays dead or down for long. Laurie shot him twice in the eyes when she was young and he didn't even slow down or fall over. Long winded diatribe aside, Michael is seemingly incapable of staying dead for very long which makes him a weird and difficult foe to put down by the brothers. I'm 100% certain they would win, they've accomplished way more, but it would have to be creative and without getting close. Michael will literally rip them apart otherwise.

No matter what. It's has been burned, decapitated, shot, blown up, run over, poisoned, fed into an industrial shredder, cursed, stabbed, beaten, and many other things. And The Shape just doesn't stay dead. Good news is that It's a creature of habit and only attacks once a year on Halloween. And lord forbid you're in Haddonfield on that night. I think with the proper prep and foreknowledge, the Winchesters could take on Michael Myers provided they stay at range. Because It doesn't have a soul so demon killing knives, angel blades, the Colt, and potentially even ark angel blades may not be enough to end it. Death's Scythe and God's Handgun could do the trick but Michael tends to walk off anything else. Explode The Shape? Eh, It'll be back in a few hours. The Brothers needs to play a long game and stall until morning. Because the moment they get in close, Michael Myers will quite literally tear them apart. Because Michael doesn't play with his food. The Boogey Man stalks it and kills it. Nothing more. It's best you not be within arm range because Michael Myers has the most amount of horror movies and the largest body count out of any Slasher villain. It's best to just to avoid whatever it is or occupy It until Halloween ends and It disappears for another year. Because you don't beat Michael Myers. You only survive Michael Myers.

1) Yes, I've seen Halloween Ends. It's why I mentioned the industrial shredder in my original post.
2) The Halloween franchise has 13 movies to it's name, 12 of which Michael Myers is the main villain. That's more movies than Friday the 13th at 12. In terms of horror movies, the Halloween franchise does have the most to it's name.
3) I said highest body count of any slasher villain, not horror monster. Michael has 173 kills, Jason 167, Freddie 63, etc. But Pennywise has an ESTIMATED kill count in the tens of thousands. I don't count hypotheticals. Only one screen deaths. Pennywise and the tall man both have huge off screen kill counts but I don't count off screen, only on screen. But Pennywise and Tall Man don't count as slashers. They count as monsters. Slashers slash, Freddie, Jason, Michael, Ghostface, etc.
My main point was that Michael is weird. He could be supernatural, he could not be. But while dying, he never stays dead or down for long. Laurie shot him twice in the eyes when she was young and he didn't even slow down or fall over.
Long winded diatribe aside, Michael is seemingly incapable of staying dead for very long which makes him a weird and difficult foe to put down by the brothers. I'm 100% certain they would win, they've accomplished way more, but it would have to be creative and without getting close. Michael will literally rip them apart otherwise.
