It's just that decoders aren't really part of the meta currently so really any decoder getting picked is odd. When a decoder is picked, its always lawyer as he is considered the best out of them. So while prisoner isnt honestly half bad (I would say he is the 2nd best decoder behind lawyer), he isnt considered the best pick by quite a bit and it's strange for him to be played in a tournament setting. He is looked down on a lot because of that
