Challenges vs Threats - Imagine if we set up our funnel to process every setback as a challenge instead of a threat. If it goes through my funnel it has no choice but to processed as a challenge that I am more than equipped to overcome.
Quite honestly if I was not equipped to handle it would it even be there in the first place?
It's time to wake up that inner champion that we all have within us.
The best hitters are the best because they know how to hit fastballs, sliders, and knuckle balls.
A "setback" is a set up to GET UP!
Outperform our contracts.- I want people to say that I'm underpaid.
The stonecutter knows he just needs to keep hitting the rock and not get deceived by outward appearances. The outward appearances will make it seem like nothing is happening. Every hit we make is getting us closer to busting that rock wide open.
    Pound The Rock.
Practice - The elite practices until they can't get it wrong. It becomes second nature to them. Put effort IN then it looks effortless OUT.
Smile -I'm giving myself the opportunity to live longer simply by smiling.
3 P's - Can you get back to equanimity fast enough? - mental calmness & composure
Presence - let go of that last bad shot. Be here now.
Positive - What's working right now. Everything is not always "bad" at one time
Process-oriented vs outcome-oriented - process-oriented is what you can do right now, outcome-oriented is focused on some point in the future.
    Thanks, Brian.
    You're The Man.
Arete" - I'll see you at the top where there are fewer people and the air is cleaner.
