I’m impressed by the way you are able to capture the sub concepts of each book and bring out of them what’s essential and important. You’re lectures are immersive. Thanks for the great work

I wrote this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review for it, but don't know if Amazon will publish it: *Just started it and great so far; confident (trusting oneself) action first, feeling confident later* I really liked the example of Nelson Mandela. While he was a communist terrorist once-upon-a-time, he turned statesman later after his well-deserved imprisonment for his violent crimes. Both while engaged in leading a terrorist movement and in his subsequent career as a democratic politician, Nelson Mandela had to handle himself with courage and poise, even if he wasn't sure of success or even of his survival, to accomplish his goal to end apartheid and conduce a free vote of all races across South Africa. He may not have known the outcome, but he trusted himself, he had confidence in himself, that he could act the part.
This video auto played after your shad helmstetter (self talk) video. It would seem the books offer different opinions on the importance of negative thoughts. I was just curious where you stand on this?
Brian, I just picked up both The Happiness Trap and The Confidence Gap and I was wondering if you would recommend reading one before the other or anything like that?. Thanks in advance; love your channel !.
I read this book 2 years ago and understood nothing, read it again and it opened my mind forever. Thanks so much Brian!
I am currently in the middle of reading it for a second time. It’s the most incredible book I have ever read.

What I've found is that a lot of these books are essentially the same advice put in different ways. Universal wisdom

On page 60 of the book, trying to help social anxiety. So far hasnt given 1 useful tool to help. Just telling stories. Nothing practical so far
You should do more PNTV. Your +1 series is a huge flop! Start making more book summaries please!
Thanks this cured my anxiety
