- During his Facebook Live, Shawn Fain revealed which plants are being called to action in what he called a "Target Strike." Those plants are Ford's Assembly Plant in Wentzville, Missouri, and Stellantis Jeep Assembly Plant in Toledo, Ohio.
They’re going to bleed the big three out! I see this working for the UAW wow!

Ford Claycomo Plant is having a standing strike, which means we the operators run a full capacity until the negotiators find an agreement. Which isn’t a strike at all, it’s a strike in name only.
It's a partial strike. Not gonna hurt the companies. What a way to go for the jugular.

Yeah, like someone else said if their paint department is not running, the whole plant will shut down eventually. And those who are on strike will get paid with strike funds FROM UAW. And for those employees who can't work but not on strike, they'll get paid FROM the State of Michigan(unemployment). In that way, the UAW can hold on to the strike funds longer.

the big 3 should spin off the ev part of their business away from the gas engine part. let the gas engine business die and have no UAW membership in the EV business. can't compete with Telsa with Union burden.
