    *UPDATE*
    Fitment Industires has reached out to me after finding my video and have been working to correct the service and experiance I had with them. They did not like how it was handled interanlly and the time duration for it to be fixed. They know it is late to fix my experiance now almost a year later but are working at providing me with a few options.
    I do apreciate that they have followed up dispite the amount of time that has passed and Im hoping with my new contact, maybe, I would place an order there in the future. That being said, probably if it's a one peice wheel, nothing that has extra parts. Im still a little scared of that part.

      I’m going through the same thing myself. Ordered fifteen52 wheel and the center caps were packaged the same way and I couldn’t understand why would someone would package it like that. So clearly they don’t care about center caps

      Of course they didn't like it because you have the means to make it public a lot more than others can't as easily so now they have to save face. Regardless, it is good that they are trying to rectify the situation. The argument of "no one will see that damage" is automatically invalid and outrageous, you kept your cool (maybe) over email more than I would have...I probably would be asking to speak directly with the "higher up" mentioned in the email immediately. It is brand new product you bought and anyone who expects customers to just be happy with visible damage regardless of it's location is ridiculous. In the later part, sounds like there is also multiple people handling your case, almost like every reply is re-assigned to someone else. It should be very obvious how many center caps you need, etc. if the same person had been working the case with you alone. May be wrong, just another thought.

    Weird, I have bought from fitment industries 4 times and I’ve always had great experiences. Great customer service as well. Sucks u didn’t have a good time but I strong recommend them

    Glad I saw this. I was looking at buying wheels from them (I usually only buy wheels in person). The issues you went through is why I decided to buy in person.

      Thas his story i buy 2 set of wheels already for 2 different car and i never have a problem and my delivery service was good to sometimes they are the one fuck the whole thing but i never have problems so far

      I’ve personally bought springs and 2 sets of wheels from them as well and never had the slightest issue. In middle of Covid as well for that matter when the back orders were the worst and it still wasn’t a bad experience.

    I bought two set of wheels from them, nothing but great experience fast delivery, great service overall so i would highly say just go ahead and order from them.

    I had a similar experience, I had ordered 4 wheels, 2 were 18x8 and 2 were 18x8.5, the 18x8 wheels came in the wrong bolt pattern. I just wanted to get the wheels replaced but either they didn’t have them in stock or they just didn’t want to give me replacement wheels or my money back. Eventually after some polite arguing I was able to get them to take the wheels back and refund me the full amount. This whole process took around a month, when I went to buy my current wheels I just went directly to the brands website, instead of going thru the middle man that is Fitment Industries, plus the wheels were cheaper off the brand site anyway.

    I ordered from FI before seeing this video unfortunately. Nothing has changed with them. My wheels came damaged and five days later, I still don't have it resolved. Offered my $150 to keep them. My order was over $2800 and two wheels are chipped. Not just a minor chip, ugly and not something I want to keep. Good luck if you roll the dice with Fitment Industries.

    worked in a wheel warehouse where they would package and ship for multiple aftermarket sites. the guys in the warehouses are sweatin balls trying to put out orders. you got 5 foot dudes trying to lift 26x 10s lol theres definitely gonna be some screw ups.

    It is like everything! Some people will have a great experience, good experience, and bad experiences. My personal experience was great, I bought wheels and tires online on FI, I got them a few weeks later, no problem! Then I ordered some Coilovers, and same experience, all good!

    I purchased 4 sets of wheels from Fitment industries. All came in fast and I had great customer service as well. Obviously all companies won’t ever be perfect on orders. We are all human

      you are just lucky, i looked up online multiple places for reviews and man, they screwed up more orders than you think, its not that they are making mistakes everybody does, but they don’t learn anything from their f*ck up’s, they continue to do so that’s why people are upset

    Just placed an order and received 3 wheels quickly. The 4th, not so much. Arrived today in a destroyed brown box with no inner factory box. No warning sticker behind the lug holes, no bonnet covering the face of the wheel, no foam covering the front/rear lips. Center cap was installed, and the wheel is seriously beat up. I have a feeling they just reach out to anyone on their wheel network who shows the part # in stock. Pretty sure this wheel was a floor model on a display rack when FI called for availability and they were like "sure, we got one. Hey Bill, take that off the wall and box it up. Don't worry about wrapping anything."

    I had a terrible experience with this company as well and would never buy from then again. I am always asked where did I get my wheels and I always reply “You don’t want to know. They’re terrible!” I have purchased many of wheels in my day and I will only deal with local spots. Way less headache and much faster turnaround.

    The problem is they put all these videos out and people think they are super huge when they are just a middle man ordering your wheels from a manufacturer…they don’t have a warehouse with all these wheels so they are nothing different then the little guy. I tend to stick with smaller companies or order direct because they have more care that goes into the few customers they do have. You expect this big Fitment industries to have top notch service and they talk a good game but sounds like service is crappy. Doesn’t matter how your website is or how many TH-cam videos you make that doesn’t mean you are good at what you do. Wheels cap damage the way this happened is inexcusable for a company so called as big as Fitment industries is. I for sure will never place a order with them. I perfer being able to walk into a place and see a face cause they can expect me back if there is a problem versus this online crap.

    Purchased 2 sets and springs from them over the years and never had a single issue. First set was in the the middle of Covid shutdown when back orders were the worst.

    Bought new set of wheels. made sure to do stock, no mod, and no rubbing. They came in and they rubbed on my fenders, i tried getting them replaced and because i "drove" them, they are not taking them back. Im currently out $1500 and they aren't very cooperative

    I attempted to order wheels from them almost a year ago. The wheels were listed as being in stock and ready to ship. Then 3 weeks later, they send me an email telling me to pick a different set of wheels because the wheels were not actually in stock and weren't supposed to be listed. Ok.... I pick a new set. 2 weeks later I get the same email about these wheels too. Needless to say, I ended up rocking stock wheel until I sold the car a few months ago. Took 2 weeks to get my money refunded too.

    When I ordered from fitment industries, I ordered a set of 4 wheels, 4 tpms sensors and a set of locking lug nuts the lug nuts and tpms sensors came in a box togother loosely rocking around, the lug nuts were all scratched to shit and 2 of the tpms sensors were broken, they were fighting me on trying to get them replaced so I just did it out of my pocket, never ordered from them again

    Just got my wheels and 2 of them had damage to the finish paint one was obviously a manufacturer error and the other the paint was fully remove by what looks like the mounting of the tire. I got the extra warranty. Let’s see if that helps. I am still waiting on the claim to process I hope it does not take 2 long.

    Similar issues when we had a dock worker shortage in my local area at ups. It took days of nice emails followed by more direct emails pertaining to flying out myself to Wisconsin, no threats just wtf is the matter with your customer service. Finally after emails and calls to ups I got the, we need to speak to the shipper. So more delays, needless to say, had Fitment industries handled the service needs of a paying customer better I might have skipped right past my month wait for 7-9 day shipping promised at checkout. Thanks for the business card and sticker guys. They aren’t the cheapest and best solution, ask their employees who are jumping ship like it’s on fire, broken in half, and sinking so fast it’s dragging good people with it. Click bait offers and “deals”, was their game, should have know it was too good to be true. No damage on mine thankfully, I can’t imagine how pissed I would have been at that point, after all the delays on delivery.

    Good info… I inquired about a wheel on the wall in the background of a video. After receiving a response I got the feeling as if I should never purchase from them. They gave me good info but it’s just the feeling Ingot from reading the response. They said or implied nothing negative but I felt like you know when you get that warning feeling when things are off…

    I always only use tire rack or several sets of wheels even multi-piece and several sets of tires over the years never had one issue with any of them

    Wish I had seen this before I ordered. I'm currently going through it to see how they can resolve my issue. I originally ordered just the wheels but they said they would mount/balance and match any tire deal if I combined. Honestly, whoever they got working back there mounting the tires clearly doesn't understand the level of care needed when working on a product that needs to arrive in NEW condition. I'm totally bummed out, hoping that they do right by me and get it sorted out for me quickly.

    I've have good experience with fitment industries but I have always bought the wheels only from them and I get tires elsewhere. Luckily I'm in a position to mount/balance my own wheels/tires.

    I got lucky cause I needed my hypergrams within a week as spring was coming and I wouldn't drive on winters or id destroy them faster. I already had tires ordered from Costco but FI quoted a 2 week lead time for them. Luckily I have a town fair tire near me and they were able to get me the same size wheels I wanted within 5 days to their store. For those with a wheel shop near them Id say ask if they can order the wheels and check how much you might save going with an online brand. At this point there are too many options to be settling with a more well known brand but not having good enough overall service. My personal experience with FI has only been emails regarding air suspension kits but they were also not the most informative considering I was asking about their accuair with airlift struts (4-5k).

    I bought 2 pairs of wheels and tires from CARID and they were easy to work with, shipped fast, and most importantly, boxed correctly with no damage to products out of the box

    I ordered a set of wheels/tires from FI in April. My work schedule prevented me from installing them until September. I open the packaging to find the completely wrong lugnuts (I ordered M12x1.5 and received M14x1.25 STUDS), the 60.1-73mm hubcentric rings didn’t fit the center bore of the wheel because they sent me the wrong wheels!! I ordered 5x114.3 wheels (which came with a 73mm CB) but I received 5x112 (which have a 66.7mm CB) wheels that had the lug mounting holes elongated to fit a 5x114.3 lug pattern!!! Never again will I purchase from this company

    Recently got screwed by them , took about 2 months to get my wheels in , checked them out on the paper found damage so I called them , the guy said I had the option of getting another rim sent to me and then drive to a tire shop and have it swapped out , so I mounted the wheels and seen another rim had claw marks from their machine , sent pics they told me they can’t do anything because I mounted them , after a hour of bs on the phone I hung up.

    I bought a set of wheels from them 2 years ago and it was a bad experience. The rims had dings, they sent me stretched tires which I never asked and the offset was not what I asked for.
    Not to mention the customer service.
    Never buying ANYTHING from them, I'd rather pay a bit more for quality next time.

    WTF is up with them? i order my ESR RF2 wheels and tire on April 25, it got shop on May 31 it got to me on June 7 but they cut the wrong bolt pattern i sent them back, till this day i got nothing but they have my money. its july 23 and i have no wheels.

    I bought lowering springs from Fitment Industries. Opened my box and only got 2 out of 4 springs, thinking there’s another box I waited. Took 2 days to finally get an actual answer and was told they don’t know how I’m missing my other springs. They said I’ll be getting a refund and that they’ll call me or email me about it, still waiting on my refund a week later, haven’t heard anything. The one time I chose to not buy from eBay…

    I had nearly the same problem with them , they offered me $50 cleaning kit but never came. In the mail . Called back and they apologized and will resend but cleaning kit still never came. That was 2 years ago. Check your rims right away!!! And they will say they can’t see the damage clear enough. I used to tell people about them. Now I’m worried about recommending

    I had a bad experience with FI. Ordered coilovers and wheels. Site said gaurenteed shipping before a certain date, and everything was in stock. Coilovers came fast within like a week. So I waited two weeks for the wheels, called them and they said it should be out soon. Kept looking at the tracking to see if it ships. And two more weeks pass and call them again. They gave me the typical sorry response and they put a priority on the wheel and if it didnt ship call them again. So roughly two more weeks pass then I get an email saying that the wheel was on a shipping container from Japan and they do t know when the wheel would come. Call them again and ask what's going on. Before I call them I go back on the site and look to see the stock and their site still has that there was 4 sets available. The same as when I bought it. So when I call them and ask what's going on I ask if well can I get a refund or change wheels with a similar price they said they couldn't and then I ask if they were selling items they had in stock but didn't have in stock, and then I brought up that their site, which still had on it, gaurenteed to be shipped before the holidays. So after that they go and talk to whoever and then they came back and said that they'd be shipped tomorrow. So my wheels went from being on a shipping container to being shipped the next day.... needless to say got my wheels but I'd say as a customer make sure you keep them accountable. I deff don't recommend FI unless it's smaller products.

    Never had a problem with them, especially ordering 3p and 2p wheels. Maybe its that im local from where there warehouse is. Idk though... But i have heard my friend did have problems

    I think you are being irrational a bit only because contacting the suppliers and getting everything together can be time consuming especially right after the holidays when there are millions of shipments going out. Also it seems as if they were very helpful and communicated with you in a timely manor and explained everything to you as needed.

      what i’d do is find the wheel brand you want and go to their actual site and work your way back. I’m in the same boat as you. I hear so many mixed things about fitment industries and i doubt their reliability at this point. Another option is to just buy the wheels from them and then buy tires in person and get them mounted in person. Maybe their issue isn’t supplying wheels, it’s mounting and balancing them. Then again, maybe not.

    Alex is gone. Gels is gone. Dakota is gone. Fitment isn't the same anymore. Same thing going on with Donut right now. Most of their recent videos just seems off somehow.

    Did they send you the center lock nut wrench when you got your order? I just ordered a set and had the same accessory damage as you. I didn’t get a nut wrench though… wtf???

    While I agree that you ordered new wheels and deserved what you ordered, e-mail is a terrible form of communication, especially over extended periods of time. IMO a phone call or 2 probably could have shortened the timeframe greatly.

    Sounds like you are just pissed off for no reason while they are trying to fix it during the most busy time of the year if you didn’t have a time limit and wait till December to order snow tires and not early October sounds like a you problem

    I also have had a terrible experience with them… I ordered Advans from them… They sent me the wrong wheels (and I mean wrong-wrong… not the right wheels in the wrong spec or something like that) 2 weeks late, then took days to locate the correct ones in their own warehouse… I’m at about a month and a half now and still don’t have my wheels. It’s absolutely shocking how little they seem to care when dealing with large amounts of other peoples money. I should have talked to others beforehand… So far I haven’t found anyone I know personally who has had a positive experience with them.
    I’ve worked in the automotive aftermarket… at a company with a similar operation, but on a larger and more product-diverse scale… Service like you and I have received would never have been tolerated there. I can say with utter and complete certainty that sending the wrong wheels out would have resulted in getting fired. To me, it seems most likely that it’s a group of car enthusiasts who somewhat rely on being a car enthusiast for job retention… Rather than people who are actually qualified from the perspective of keeping a business running smoothly… That’s the issue with a lot of these companies… They’re all likeminded and buddy buddy which leads to nobody ever getting fired and everybody becoming complacent. In time, all of the OGs will leave the company and it’ll become a business instead of a car guy summer camp.
    TL;DR: Buy elsewhere… they have a lot of restructuring to do… I’d imagine soon.

    I’m ngl, it’s honestly most wheel DISTRIBUTORS. Had the same thing happen a couple months back with another wheel distributor saying my wheels would be custom drilled, painted, and shipped in 2 weeks. Shipping should take a week since it’ll go through the distributor then to me. After 2 weeks, distributor sends me an email saying they’re shipped, GREAT! Except no tracking number. A week and a half goes by, calls the distributor asking for a tracking number, guy says “will get that for you asap.” I want to point out I’ve been using this guy the whole time for contacting the distributor. Never got sent the tracking. Every 2 days for the next 2 weeks, called and called to try and get a tracking or update to try and get some update on my wheels. I paid $6000 for these wheels so you can imagine me thinking I was getting scammed. Guy told me they sent out earlier that day, swore it on his mother, I said “you know what, fine, I appreciate it, thanks. I called a week and a half later to try and talk to someone else, this guy. Dude. Lmfao. This guy told me wheels had finished the day before I called, they shipped it earlier that day. Sent me a tracking number within MINUTES. Granted, I understand delays, but blatantly lying to a customer is absurd.

    They are trash,after corporate comes in and buys channels everything goes to shit. Happening right now to my other buddy's channel and it sucks
