- Today i am sharing some awesome and tasty "Keema Karela" recipe. I hope that this video really helped you a lot and i will really appreciate it if you liked the video.

INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 1/4 cup or little bit more oil
Bitter gourd - 2 medium size / 250 gms
Onion sliced - 3 medium size
Ginger Garlic paste - 1+ 1/2 Tbsp
Mince - 1/2 kg
Tomato diced - 1 medium size
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes - 1 tsp
Salt according to your taste
Coriander roast & crushed - 2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Cumin roast & crushed - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp

Please mention weight of items. In my country Karela is different size from India and Pakistan. Onion also is different in size.
You are an obnoxious person. All measurements are mentioned in her profile. If you have ANY basic sense of cooking you would know...that the sizes of Keralla and onions in your alien world won't make a difference. grow up instead of complaining..

Made this today, it came out well. I increased the salt from 1 TSP to 1.75 TSP. I used more oil and it turned out to be too much, should have stuck with 1/4 cup.
1/4 cup oil
2 bitter gourd, split and remove seeds
Fry and remove after a water has been evaporated
3 medium red onion sliced untill light brown
1.5tbsp ginger garlic paste
0.5kg keema
1 tomato
1tsp red chilli powder
0.5 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp salt
2 tsp corriander powder
Cook until oil comes on top
Add water 0.5 cup to desired consistency
1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
0.5 tsp garam masala
Cook on low flame for 5 mins
