- Streets of Rage is so known that doesn't need any introduction..here we'll see good and bad endings you can obtain (with every final bad end portraits); see video intro for more infos.
Played and recorded by V.E.D., as part of the videogame endings database, whose goal is to catalogue and create the world's largest archive of videogame endings! (what an humble and not ambitious project :D)

I think it should make more sense if it was like this:
1 player:
if NO = good ending;
if YES = you are send back to level 6 and after returning and defeat Mr. X, bad ending
2 Players:
if both NO = good ending
if both YES = fight until die and bad ending for the winner
if YES and NO = if "YES" player wins, bad ending, if "NO" player wins, good ending but the "evil character" does not appears in this ending
As a kid, when Mr. X asks u the question to join him, it really questions your level of morality as a kid.
This was one of those games, when it came out it stood out amongst all the other games. This is such a classic.

It seems so out of character for them to accept these bad fates, especially since it also beats the whole purpose of fighting through these battles in the first place.
I don't recall the sequels giving the option for bad endings, but then again, making a sequel following the continuity of these bad endings would make a sequel story more worthwhile.

SoR2 just has one ending
SoR3 has a couple of diferent endings depending if you managed to save some characters along the way
SoR4 just has one ending as well.

Why is Axel and Adam's Bad Ending very short, is Blaze the woman whom takes the lead and control
as it should be..
its the same thing, they just all have different laugh animations and the poster put them in to show the differences. Visually and audibly its the same amount of time, except the character being different.
I completed this today and got the good ending - but I never got to fight MR X! It was at the end, level 8 and before you go into the room to fight him. We were fighting two big guys at the edge of the screen and it’s like we pushed our way through to the room. We just put our initials in and got the ending. Has this happened to anyone before? Is it a glitch??

i have a question what if in the 1v1 fight the one that said no wins and then fights the boss will they just turn evil?
I think it show up the good ending, Even if one player is dead

If the character that refused the offer wins he will get the good ending.
I have a question too what if the winner of the 1 on 1 says yes to the main baddy will he or she still go back to level 6?

i absolutely don't remember! but i think they won't fight each other and so you will have a good end..
