Yessss, even here in texas we have some really good Mexican candies, though they're pretty similar in flavor, all salty/spicy/sweet...we even put like chile on our fruits lol

People's reactions to tamarind candy are always amusing. Because we are used to eating candy with sour/salty/spicy flavor since literally being little kids, I cant imagine what it will feel like to taste that for the first time as an adult.
As a mexican I feel so happy someone could review our candies without being disrespectful. Most of the videos out here where foreigns try our candies are rude and altogether annoying to watch. Dave obviously didn't like some of the candy lol but wasn't rude about it, and btw those candies made my water mouth, I love them

The first candy we have in Jamaica. I remember eating it but not often. But tamarind is so freaking good! Also we have the nucito thing as well. There were a couple more that we have too. Pretty interesting~

Hey Dave, I am so glad you tried some of our candies, I personally don't find spicy any of those candies and I'm the type of mexican who likes spicy food and I think I would like to send you traditional mexican candies, but since the most of them are not packaged I need to know how much do they last so I can send you some, and I'll try to send a variation of spicy and sweet candy so you can try both sides of mexican candy

Yessss, even here in texas we have some really good Mexican candies, though they're pretty similar in flavor, all salty/spicy/sweet...we even put like chile on our fruits lol

People's reactions to tamarind candy are always amusing. Because we are used to eating candy with sour/salty/spicy flavor since literally being little kids, I cant imagine what it will feel like to taste that for the first time as an adult.
As a mexican I feel so happy someone could review our candies without being disrespectful. Most of the videos out here where foreigns try our candies are rude and altogether annoying to watch. Dave obviously didn't like some of the candy lol but wasn't rude about it, and btw those candies made my water mouth, I love them
