    “Like” button first, watch - later. But idea of cable with builtin display is insane.

      Thank a lot for your support! I LIKE your comment before reading next time. That's a great cable for understanding the charging process.

    Can you let me know if we plug the baseus cable's display end in the macbook adapter or any other PD adapter, does it still show the wattage and work fine?
    I don't want a long usb c plug that is connected to my phone or my Laptop. i want the shorter end to be comnected to my phone.

      @@ToolsElectroDIY Just a joke. @0:09 you said right twice: "the one on my right is a 60W USB-C to USB-C cable and the one on my RIGHT is a 100W USB-C cable [...]".

    Does anyone know anything about the electronics in the cable with the display built-in? Curious about what chip is in this etc.

      Thank you anyway! Was really looking around for this info. Throwing random questions out on the internet in the hope someone knows. :)

    Im planning to buy this charger and cable to power up my legion via power delivery when traveling but mann that ~10W is significant power loss.

    Why even mention data transfer speed when that wasn't really the point here? Also, fwiw, 480 Mb/s is usb2 speed anyway.

    • @ToolsElectroDIY
      @ToolsElectroDIY  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      because I wanted to point out it's not just a charging cable.

      @@ToolsElectroDIY I'm reasonably sure the majority of consumers know that all usb cables can transfer data. I mean if one really wanted to make that clear, then showing it transferring data would be the way to go about it. Just a thought.

      @@billbusby2357 Some cables are power only. That's why I wanted to point out.

      @@ToolsElectroDIY I just checked and you're right. I apologize. Apparently charge only usb cables don't have the 2 pins out of needed for data connected and only have the 2 pins for power . I guess I never tried transferring data from any cable that came with a phone I've owned.
