Some of the houses do not have sinks in the kitchen. That house at 23:17 doesn't have a sink in the kitchen which means the sims will have to go all the way up the stairs to a bathroom to wash their dishes. That would be the first fix I would do. lol

In the video settings theirs a playback speed button and you can adjust the speed of the video and he’ll talk slower :)
