I could watch you make cakes all day, so mesmerizing💞 Hope hubby loved the cake, it looked delicious!! When you were cooling the cakes and flipped them upside down, was that to cool them faster?

thank you so much! ☺ chiffon cakes need to be cooled upside down to help them retain their height otherwise they might shrink down as they cool. not necessary for regular cakes :)
