Very good 👍 would recommend only 80 frost and 30 hvy. You dont have to lower your hvy stats if you want to deal m1 dmg. Go into the building and fix up your strenght and lightning cuz your wasting 4 whole points because of the uneven number. Strength doesnt rlly do anything except for some ralents to dont invest pre shrine and just put 15 in post shrine for ardour
kinda a info dump but it will probably be helpful for you you don't want to go that far above 50% extra damage or else it will be less effective. A good way to get to about 50% extra damage is to get the talents: lose your mind, tough love, and speed demon. on PVE builds the only oaths you may want to get are: oathless, dawnwalker, blindseer, or starkindred. make sure to have wind gems on your mantras to proc speed demon and cheap shot if you have them. ardour scream is extremely useful as you can get it without any extra stat investments if you already ahve piecing will and lose your mind. This is because it debuffs the enemy so it does not add to the cap of 50% extra damage.
The build is around the frost draw and the flame within and static withdraw talents wouldnt be able to get all the good spectre talents if i wanted to go into frost

Nah all comments are appreciated thanks for the info non the less but i heard that arc warder was cracked for pve
nice build however you should probably replace a mantra with tornado as it is the highest damage in the game right now
Id reccomend either silentheart evanspear w astral or striclty gale mage build with battle axe
