    Except oil CAN get onto the hair that's close to the scalp??? It comes from the scalp but it can sit a good few inches from the roots. I have long and dark hair and I've always just shaken my head after applying dry shampoo on that part of the hair. Orrrr maybe I'm just really abnormally oily and sweaty lmao

    I hate dry shampoo because if my hair is dirty, it's all of my hair, not my scalp. My hair is thick, dense, and curly. It holds sweat and dirt too much.

  • @vainpiers

  • @BerriBoi150
    @BerriBoi150 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I genuinely don't get this. If I spray it on only my scalp, the rest of my hair is still going to be greasy. Isn't the whole point of dry shampoo to keep my hair from looking greasy when it's not freshly washed?
    Update: I tried it and just as I suspected, the rest of my hair still looked like 💩. Even my roots looked no different

    Put it on at night, not right before you leave for work. Give dry shampoo a chance to do what it's meant to do.
    If you put kitty litter on an oil spot on your driveway, you don't just sweep it up after five minutes. You gotta leave it there for a day at the least. Gotta be patient.

    Can dry shampoo thin out my hair? I have naturally curly hair and i’ve been wearing it straight for almost a year, but most peoples hair I see who straighten their hair to the extent I do, doesn’t start to thin out for a few years. Anyway, my hair gets very oily very fast, so I’m constantly putting on dry shampoo. And I have about half the hair I used to. So could it be the dry shampoo that is thinning it?
