Welcome to On Golden Rescue!
We are Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries accredited.
During the tour, you will have the opportunity to explore our entire sanctuary, accompanied by our knowledgeable staff.
Our team will introduce you to our rescued animals, sharing their unique stories and providing insight into their journey to recovery.
We use renewable solar energy to power our Equine Shelter, Care and Rehabilitation Centers.
A rainwater catchment system provides water for our barns, tackroom and in the animal’s stalls.
Our residents are kept in areas best suited to their individual health needs. For example, we need to manage how much grazing time our mini donkeys have to maintain a healthy weight.
Field trips are fun and educational for school groups and senior outings.
Each animal you will meet has their own personality and enjoys the best care and attention to live out their days in a safe, loving environment.
