I wonder if they fixed the issue with the head coming loose and having way to much slop, last two I bought had the same issue and at one time prior to those brushes I was a happy costumer but not since and i'm not paying over $200.00 for something that cant last 6 months.

That case does charge if you open a bottom it has usb charge cable

@@JohnnyKReviews used to have to Oral-B iO 9 this toothbrush 🪥 is a lot gentler and I think better cleaning the teeth selling the Oral-B iO 9 cannot compete with the sonicare toothbrush

My case doesn't have the charger and that glass is the stupidest design ever truly technology walking back ward, a real lemon of a product.

On your old one it appears that the bottom piece needs to have a thin smear of silicone applied around the edges where it seals to the body to keep moisture out so it does not get those spots inside it.

The usb is in the base of the travel case. The bottom pops off

Dumb design the glass/base charger is big and heavy the toothbrush will not stand up straight taking more space your bathroom counter also it is impossible to travel with that huge charger.
Warning not all cases have a travel charger, truly a lemon stay away at all costs.

I never bring the charger glass. I always use the small case which is usb chargeable
