I have the flora currently, and I am so grateful the in bloom looks so similar to the flora. I like the extra page they added in for notes. I also love the daily duo in the 7x9 size.

Excellent review as always, Amanda! I thought I was all decided about getting the ColorBlends, but I am really loving the Harmony Colorful much more than I thought I would. It feels like old school EC with the bright, happy colors. I am so glad they listened and brought the more vibrant color back! 😍🌈 As I was going through your video I was making my shopping list. 🤦♀️😂 I am excited to see the ColorBlends and Harmony in both the vertical and horizontal. I'll have to scout out some more launch videos. Hopefully I can decide by launch day which one I want. I'm just so happy that I feel like I have more than one colorful option!!

I am a lister so the Compact Vertical Layout is perfect BUT I must have it in a 7x9 too! I have large handwriting plus I would rather have white space than not enough room. I love my Daily Duo and have it in a 7x9 for that very reason more space so I can jot down all kinds of things that I would otherwise forget. I am a newbie to Erin Condren and I evidently have now become a paper snob because no other planner paper will do! Also, I love the Neutral Harmony but that Colorblends is so saturated and gorgeous! Thank you for the quality videos and the great energy you bring😊

Thank you so much for making this video!! It is so helpful. I got my first EC planner last thanksgiving for 2022 and I’m loving it so far. It’s so nice to see all the new designs! I love those sticker books too and I really enjoyed stickering my whole planner at once. I really like the A5 horizontal which is what I’m using but I’m considering getting the bigger size in the floral 😍😍😍 I just don’t know which layout to choose yet! I always buy for the start of the new year instead of mid year so I get to see all your planning videos before I decide ☺️☺️ I can’t wait!

Terrific video, thanks Amanda! I've watched tons of EC launch review videos throughout the years from many channels, and I so appreciate how bright, clear, and thorough yours are.
Based on this, I'm going to be getting the Color blends 7x9, it looks to not have any added graphic elements on the month and dashboard pages and I appreciate that. I don't care for the new cover designs this year (will just get the color blends cover and use one of my old covers). The vegan cover you showed looked soooo soft and nice, I might get the geo circles at some point. Thank you again for the great vid, super helpful and will be using your link!

As usual Amanda you have the BEST release video. I actually watched it when you first posted, loved Harmony Colorful and ordered it as soon as I could. NOW I’m back watching again because as much as l love what I got (it came already) I want to pay more attention to Colorblends….because I’ve fallen in love with it too, lol. I'm really liking the Color Blend Compact Vertical. Just saw their video. Haven't used a ring binder since the 90s but the Color Blend Rings Agenda also jumped out at me.

Thanks for yet another great tour of the new products! My favorite is the Harmony pattern, and I think that this year I'll try the A5 Vertical Compact layout (I love that it has lines) I'll probably get the new wider dashboard/bookmark as well. The Harmony pattern has a Japanese look to it.

Thank you for the thorough review, Amanda! I actually like the mini-calendar on the daily duo page as it is a quick reminder of deadlines. I currently use the life planner and A5 ring daily duo for work (program manager). I was looking at the in-bloom planner but I really like the colorful harmony. With the gold foil, it may be divine! But will be really thoughtful about my purchases this year. Over enthused last year and bought WAY too many planners. Love the accessories - thanks for sharing, I too love the bookmarks and tabs. May stick to the 7x9 academic planner, possibly an in-bloom life planner, and later in the year with the sale, a vertical A5 compact planner. TBD.

Thank you for the in depth video! The compact vertical in harmony neutral is bringing me back to EC after being away for a few years. Both of my boys are off at college and I don't know need a ton of daily space. But i think this will work out great for my daily to do's and appointments that have. Doesn't sound like there is a Harmony neutral sticker booK/ May just have to get the in bloom!

I really like that purple color for April in the harmony. It is beautiful. I totally forgot about the perpetual calendar! I need to order one or two if they still sell them separate. Hi Taylor! I have chronic health issues and use the Petite planners to track my meds, symptoms, Dr. visits, etc. The planners are portable and the perfect size to carry with you!

I’m in love with the In Bloom collection. I really like the Harmony colorful, but I like to use stickers and washi to decorate my planner and the colorful option doesn’t lend itself as well.

Aw, how cool that he worked for Mohawk! Golden coil also uses this mohawk paper. It feels exactly the same to me...but Golden Coil's is cream. Just an FYI;) But Erin Condren is just such a great planner;)
Amanda! Yay! I am so excited for this launch. I will be getting the A5 Compact Vertical probably in the floral. I love this layout since I have big handwriting and the regular vertical tends to look messy. I also need to be able to carry my planner and the 7x9 is too big. The Colorblends reminds me of Lisa Frank. I can also see that spray paint effect. In fact, I still have a Lisa Frank diary from when I was about 9 that has that colour scheme. 😀😀 I just wish that they would make the monthly view smaller or remove it completely. Or maybe even do it similar to Stalogy by running it across the top of the page.

You could also use the dot grid section on the monthly dashboard for a graph/chart of some kind. Maybe to keep track of temperatures, moods, etc.

I love EC planners!! My second planner is a 12 month horizontal 7x9 platinum coil in Cruisin’ by Hello Kitty. (I prefer an 18 month!!) I think I will try the vertical next year to switch it up. EC is a little pricey, but she’s soooooo worth it. And I CANNOT LIVE without her customizable stickers!! They are a lifesaver!! Thank you for this video!! ❤❤❤❤

I may pick the Harmony design in the new A5 vertical. So far I have always bought Simplified planners but this maybe the year I change. One of the big selling points for me is that little view if the whole month at the bottom right. Even though it does look out of place being a procrastinator I like having that monthly view on the page. Love all the new products too. Great video!!

Hi, Amanda. It is the middle of September but I was still able to order the planner of my choice, along with a couple of accessories. Unfortunately, I could not decide between A5 In Bloom and A5 Colorful Blends, so I purchased both. Someone in my family will be getting a great little planner, as soon as I decide which one to keep. Wonderful review of all the 2023 items. 😊 This video was not too long for me. Time flies when you are having fun!

I am so excited to get the compact vertical one. I had a vertical before but personally hate my handwriting, so it always looks messy. I am using the hourly right now, and hate it! I am a mother to four children, pregnant with my 5th (SAHM and a full time college student); my days never work out as far as the "times" go...can't wait to see what type of stickers come out for that vertical as well..I don't use to many, I usually just like to spruce things up with stickers :)

I am so excited about the compact vertical layout and the notes page after Sunday. I like to do a weekly reflection at the end of the week so that’s perfect. Though I don’t like having ti choose between weekly and daily, I would love if they would smush them together :)

I am excited to order my planner. I get the academic year 12 months. Trying to make decisions on getting the 18 month and then going to a calendar year. I like the color blend and the in bloom. I have hard decisions to make.
That is a decision! But that is the perfect way to transition to calendar year:)

I always love watching your videos Amanda! Simply outstanding. I will be getting the A5 vertical, still deciding between Colorblends and In Bloom. I really don’t understand why In Bloom can’t follow the EC color way but just really muted/pastel. That way we could use the Monthly Sticker Book. Otherwise they need to come out with a muted/pastel Monthly Sticker book that matches the neutral and In Bloom type themes.

I'm really interested in the In Bloom vertical. I really enjoy muted earth tones, though I wish they'd left the pretty monthly pages more like they were in Flora (with a flower name) as I'm not really into motivational quotes. I was hoping you'd have Harmony Neutral to compare the shades! I like that In Bloom carries the theme over to each page and I think I prefer the color swatches (based on the sneak peak) over HN, but part of me does wonder if I'd prefer the traditional EC font or a more colorful weekly page like CB/HC. I'm very certain I want a 7x9 vertical, but am apparently VERY indecisive about the theme haha!
Hi Samantha:) LOL....Well at least you know you want the 7x9 vertical! Maybe you can catch those other design themes in other videos and it will help:) I understand- it's hard to choose!
I like the 18 month for the bigger coil & remove the weeklies for last 6 months (always buy academic release) but gives me coil space for snap in dashboards, coil clipped papers, and stuffed pockets.

That's what I always used to do (I was a diehard EC girl for six years running). I've been in a different planner the last few years, but I am tempted to get an 18-month again because 2022-2023 is my son's senior year!

I can see myself combining the daily duo and the compact vertical. I wouldn't mind having three months at a time as a "working binder"...last month, this month & next month and then archive the rest. It would be fun to see the Colorblends and Harmony tabs compared...are they the same?
The tabs are different. If you go to Hancanplan's videos she shows the Colorblends tabs and explains how/why they are different colors.

Kudos to you for getting through these! It was so much information in this video. Thank you! Personally, I love bright colors but I do not like that new tissue paper design. So I guess it’s the new little one - A7? - for me. That said, I think the winner this year is that new floral design. The design, colors, even the stickers are simply gorgeous. I really did not like last year‘s version of the flowers and I typically do not like muted colors.

Hi Amanda! For the 7x9 vertical, did they change any of the sizes or is it the same? What a break for sticker makers if they didn’t!! I think a lot of people are underwhelmed by the lack of changes but I LOVE it! I love a good constant. I wish they had more people sharing Color blends planners and accessories as I’m the same as you - the more I see it, the more I like it!! Thanks for such an in depth video!
Hello:) The boxes in the vertical are the exact same size. I don't see them ever changing the size on that bc of sicker companies;) And I can't wait to see the 7x9 colorblends vertical in person!

That mini calendar on the daily is the bane of my existence. I white it out and sticker over it. With the added note page now included we are two things away from my planner peace now to get rid of the mini calendar and add some notes pages at the end of the book. I end up buying a bigger coil and frankenplanning extra notes at the end.

As always, great video! I just received my new LP yesterday, and had to re-watch your video as I noticed they no longer have a Contacts/2024 tab to make it easy to flip to the next year calendar layout :( otherwise happy - including with the improved saturation!
Good point...I personally never used that tab. But if you were used to using it I can see how that change would not be welcome;) I am glad you love it otherwise;)
I really like the Harmony planner. The more saturated colors are so pretty. I have enough planners to last me the rest of the year so I don't think I can justify another purchase. But, maybe...

I always keep my coils just in case I need a bigger size. Im always adding extra notes pages and the budget book pages in. I wish I could just keep buying a new 18m with the rose gold each time but I’ve been using mine for the past 2 years and going to be three this launch😭😭

I like the mini calendar on the daily duo. I write big but I have plenty of room to write my weather and another note related to the day next to it. Sometimes even a doodle or a quote. I do that every day. I am someone who keeps my DD open on my desk so having it on every page is handy for me. It's also really easy to cover up with a sticker (even just plain Avery white labels) if it is really so bad to some people lol. I just don't get why people hate it so much. In all the photos and videos I've seen of people using the DD no one has ever filled every single nook and cranny of the page where they needed that extra square inch. Maybe EC should sell sheets of square stickers to cover it up (of course plenty of small business sticker shops do this already).

Use a box sticker to cover up the small monthly in the compact for the notes section. You can use it for literally anything
