Life made him as he is today.He needs real care now instead of suppressing his emotions and do acting in front of people.I knew few people where I don't pretend anything we have good understanding to each other.He needs to differentiate friends and acquaintances and make less number of room for genuine friends.You can consider acquaintances as friends but never be close to them because they will be or you will be cause of own problem and depression.
