am i tripping or do villians need double stun cards to be stunned on Expert difficulty?

@@chaffgrenade_x3 it’s very likely I made a mistake. No villains don’t need double stuns on expert difficulty. It is only if a villain has the steady keyword that they need a double stun/confuse.
