It always feels good to get a vacuum that's seen upon beyond repair up and running
didn't think this one would go past the scrap pile in the shed - nice to see after a heart transplant it's running!
I had a Henry up until a couple of months ago. I bought it new in 1987. Worked perfectly. Weighed a ton compared to the newer ones.
Very nice to see that it all clean and the motor still works all from your magic
Had to put a new motor in it... Tbh the old one did run for me briefly but sounded screwed and then didn't run again. That's why it sounds 👌👌🤣

Hi my Henry hvr200-A recently died I think so the fan was off balance I took it apart
And Im not sutlre if I put the carbon brush in right so it stunk when I turned it on and there was an orange spark from the switch do u know what's the issue

£40 to get a working hoover with a brand new motor, is a bargain, better than wasting £300 on a shark
I beg to differ sharks are good but Henry are completely different kind of vacuum I don’t think you can compare them
True, it will last for years and nobody wants anything new and shiny on site. Sounds like a bargain to me

Did the bushes go on the numatic when it was popping and that or was it just busted?
Popping noises were due to expanded brushes
