Hi Dean. I have suffered from depression for many years following the death of my wife at 32. I started turning and was doing well for a while. But I lost confidence after a few disasters and started with anxiety and panic attacks when I started turning. I stopped for a while but your short little items videos gave me the impetus to try again slowly I built up the confidence levels and am back turning and enjoying it. Thank you for your advice and simple designs , keep them coming and I will keep following.

I enjoy all your videos, more the turning projects but the shop talks are informative and entertaining too. I must take you to task about one thing though. In this and several other videos you have mentioned that you would post links to one thing or another but the links have failed to show up. I think you did great. I never get to go to the swat shows. We live in Juneau AK and the only ways out are plane or ferry. So it's a big treat when we get to see the shows. Thank you. 😊
