The very first diamond aphid i killed dropped a diamond egg and i thought it was a guaranteed drop from the diamond aphid then i searched it up and turns out it was extremely rare
It's not extremely rare from diamond, but pretty rare, I have gotten a diamond egg from it too.

One time Gifted Vicious Bee, Windy Bee, Mondo Chicken, and Stickbug were all on mountain top. I'm assuming that's really rare.
Edit: I got a Rascal Bee Egg from a Ladybug before (yes it's possible)

Not the rarest, but the coolest (and pretty rare) for me was when I got my first mythic, a gifted fuzzy from a gifted gold egg. Though I think my rarest was a mythic egg from the first festive planter I got this beesmas!

I once got a tadpole bee in 4 royal jellies while trying to get a legendary bee.. I was surprised, to say the least.
I got a gifted spicy bee some years ago with 20 jellies... I was screaming at 200% volume

I was playing on a noob account today, and I got a naturally generated leg sprout in my server, but since I was new, I had to use 2 cloud vials just to break it, it was worth it tho
Edit: I’ve also found wild gifted vicious bee before in the clover field
The rarest thing I saw was (and this happened to me) two Gifted Rogue Vicious Bee in two nights a row, one in Cactus and other in Clover.
I got 23 stingers from they (because the first was with daily bonus)
My rarest thing was a naturally spawned supreme sprout (it might’ve been from the rare an above sprout spawner but not sure)
