I struggle when I run ads. If I make them too specific, they never run, but if I make them too broad, I don’t get qualified leads. How do I find the happy medium?
Curious if maybe google already updated the way their ads center looks? My google ads campaign looks nothing like what Jason just showed us. Will have to play around with it, but I don't know where he is to run this ad. *EDITED TO SAY YOU HAVE TO SWITCH TO EXPERT MODE!. For anyone struggling!

You mentioned in a previous video to add the address so it keeps coming up when the sellers looks it up. Should we add it under headline or preferably the community name if we are farming? Thank you
If I build this campaign to target my neighborhood ONLY I cannot choose any demo or detailed demographic narrowing because of the Housing policy. But it does look like it can be done on a city level (based on this video)- do you you know how the big the minimum size of the targeted area must be to be able to choose demo and detailed demo targeting?
Great content. Jason: does Google allow "micro" geo targeting, like Meta used to? Like if I wanted to only target my suburban area that is about 1-2 mile radius?
They will theoretically let you target what’s called a privacy-safe radius, which has to do with population density and so it’s not a one size fits all. They also let you, in some cases, target subdivisions and neighborhoods so long as those are searchable and findable in the list of available areas when you’re sifting through the geography section.
Also run those youtubes ads to link to your google business profile and you give powerful signals to google that your profile matters and is relevant. And you help spread proximity beyond your address as people on youtube can be from all over town and even out of town.
I usually listen to videos at the gym. This if for sure one I will have to watch again when I get to the office.

I have started this and it's been a week and so far so good. No leads yet but the views and impressions are very good.

Yeah I did it and I think this is a great idea!… but mine keep getting disapproved for housing
