- Here is a video I did with Rich over what types of bikes are best at Griffin Bike Park. This is also a good video to just discuss different bikes and there uses in general!

I’ve got a 21 Trek Remedy 9.8 on Purple Flip and it’s hands down my favorite. I’ve for a Fuel 9.8, Farley 9.8, many others but damn the 27.5 Remedy is an absolute blast.
Rich loves his remedy. He definitely has ridden it hard as well!
I do agree with starting cheap. My first MTB was $300, and now I don't even want to know what I have in bikes. I had friends that had me build them $2-3k hardtails to ride 4-5 times and then it sits.
Sadly, this happens quite a bit.
My hardtail is currently for sale, don't ride it much since I got my Rail, plus Christmas is coming up and the extra cash would be nice

I ride my full suspension and hard tail based on where I’m going that day because I like them both! My hard tail is definitely faster turns quicker, etc. but my full suspension is more fun to ride and definitely more stable at faster places.
Definitely nice to have options for where you go/ride 😁
Currently have 6 hardtails and 4 squish. You can say I like hardtails lol

I gave up on the hardtail after buying and upgrading everything on my 2018 top fuel full suspension. I haven’t hit the big drops yet but for 100mm XC bike does good on everything else. Still may build a dual slalom bike but I loved it on my top fuel.
Top fuels are very nice 😁 One of the best parts of Griffin is that all the features have ride around. I'd imagine if some of the features did not on the newer trails the stravas would look different 🤣🤣🤣
Love this! Great guide for people getting into this or getting better and wanting to upgrade. I have the YT Izzo and thats it. All l I have room in my house for. HA! In between everything.

I ride ht and full squish. My ht is an axum that I went way over budget on. It's definitely. Y favorite bike to ride. U absolutely feel like hardtail is necessary to learn on. My other bike is a 2022 scott spark. That thing goes over anything in my opinion, probably because I'm use to budget hardtails.

Everyone needs at least 5 bmxs, a dirt jumper, a decent hardtail, a comfy beach cruiser and a few ebikes,

Bmx, dirt jumper, hc hard tail & dh bike.... think I'll need a few more. I say for beginners, get used bike with better parts then new with 💩 parts. Because they might kill your interest to the biking

@@chickensendies and of course, if someone is thinking about starting to mtb...try to borrow a bike from a friend or go into bikepark to rent one for a day...see if this sport (*coach* life style) is for you and if you get the buzz, then invest more into it.

You can typically get more bang for your buck used! Just depends on what you can find.
Nuke proof, reactor is my dream bike!
I definitely miss mine.... Was such a great bike.
