    Wondering if you could make multiple colours "whisky barrels".. like the bread boards!!!!!!!.... That would give a very complex whisky!!

    Good investment - with a set up like this, you could now, confortably, put your CV in the shreader & give a giant middle finger to employers out there who don't wanna hire & fabricate your own way up to success by providing woodwork services across other industries. Another thing, if only I was a wood mite because these boards look like something you could eat :)

    Only woodworker I’ve ever met that made an acceptable living from a home shop made only end grain cutting boards and said he refused to make anything bigger. Tried making a living doing cabinets for 10 years and said it went nowhere (exactly where I’m at now).

    All that for making just cutting boards!? Never would have thunk cutting boards were in such high demand.

    • @ThisTall
      @ThisTall 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bone Headed it’s about the only piece of custom woodwork you can put in most ppl’s hands that they would actually use. Not just like to look at.

    good stuff, but why does he need the extended table for the saw if all he makes is cutting boards ?

    • @firedude5135
      @firedude5135 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      His website now says he changed his name slightly, as he's offering a broader product line, including furniture. My guess is he figured if he was investing so much in a high quality table saw, why not go a little bigger so expansion into other product lines was easier.
