It seems that Filipino cuisine is gradually gaining the attention and refinement it deserves. With decades of cultural colonization, people are starting to look back to cultural roots and appreciating them more.

I love these Mini documentary style shows about Pinoy food culture. It is so engaging and I love how sincere and authentic it is. I hope you'll also have a show that features Lolas or grandmas from the Philippines and their cooking to preserve and pass on their recipes (with their permission of course)

At kung ano mang inventiong pagkaen pa, solid pa rin talaga yung pagkain before

It's true. I am always looking for the real Filipino food and it's taste and quality. I can still imagine / remember how my mother patiently cooks the delicacies. It takes time and effort. I remember my arms are already tired of mixing. My mother is weak and old now and I am busy. But I always missed those days.
I can't wait for the time when I can taste this food from chef Edward and Angelo🤗

Also, this production gave me the Netflix’s Street Food Asia (Indonesia) kind of feels - well executed!
