Yung mga native delicacies na itinitinda nila diyan ay inoorder lang nila sa mga talagang gumagawa ng kakanin diyan sa Malolos.. they were only only selling goto, pancit, pancit palabok, pancit Malabon and tokwat baboy
Sayang di ko na try yung goto at tokwa't baboy. Maraming nagsasabi masarap din daw 🤤

Bumili ako ng kutsinta....wala naman binigay n sawsawan na yema... yun palabok may mani...... Yun tamales super sarap..... Yun asado solid din at relyeno..... Yun empanada sarap din chicken n lang mabili ko..... Sana lang ayusin ang ordering medyo magulo..... Yun mga may maraming order ang inuuna..... Papilahin ang pagbabayad para mas maayos😊😊😊😊😊

Hi! Open po ang mercy's empanda de kaliskis. Open lang po sila for pre order. Di lang po open ang physical store. Next time you drop by please contact them ahead of time so that they can prepare. Pamangkin po ako ni Mercy. Our empanda is the best among the rest and a must try whenever you visit Malolos. The OG empanda de kaliskis in Malolos.

What is bibinka? Is it made with whole grain rice or rice flour? I've seen it both ways. I like the whole grains of rice with the coconut brown sugar. I don't like the bread like ones. Maybe it's the second name that distinguishes the type?😁
You didn't explain Dinuguan. I've had it, but it required lots of rice.🤣
A lot of the items look like Kueh. I guess S.E. Asian cultures have a lot incommon.
Bibingkang malagkit is made with glutinous rice flour called, "galapong". My ultimate favourite 🤤
