My mom uses brown sugar and not vetsin or MSG :) she also uses laurel leaves as well as potatoes ;)
My mom used to marinade the pork overnyt before cooking it and she also loves to put quail eggs and sliced potatoes :)

I'm just a random Japino passing by in the comment section, but man, when I found out his nanay's most secret ingredient for Adobo was "Aji no moto",the well-known flavor enhancer produced in Japan, I was cracking up really hard😂😂I don't think it is so unhealthy that it has harmful effects on human body unless you put it too much to the food you cook.
