Question just installed a led bar. Red wire goes to battery red. Black ground. After that car won’t charge.

Depends on what your purpose is. Everyone has their own purpose and mine was for aesthetic reasons. I also believe I am getting the light to go under my car just fine but would definitely add under-glow to get more light for rock climbing. If you decide on getting rock lights feel free to install them the same way all you need to do is choose a different spot you’d prefer placing them.
