I thought high season is over for this year, but Koh Tao looks like it is keeping the high season going for a bit longer. It is a bit weird how many Westerners are on such a little island. Keep posting the interesting contents, because we love watching them. 90B for a chicken snack? Inflation!!
I don’t think there will be a low season this year! Currently it is a bit quieter - but not as much as normal.
I know…. Chatting to some kids they said everyone was talking about Koh Tao on ‘the road’ - so they came to check it out and learn to dive cheaply at the same time.
The island struggles at peak times. Water and electric are pushed.
It seems the whole of Thailand is busier than normal.

This island is so full of things to find. I still feel I haven’t scratched the surface.
Ollie the owl stayed 4 nights at animal rescue and then managed to escape his cage. Full hopes he is doing well - but the plan was to release him closer to home so 🤞🏼
Eaten so much chicken! Lol.
If I feature food - it means it’s good.
