Any hope of private civil charges? no point in going to the SCIU they will confirm your findings in time but then the NPA will find no case to prosecute Look at all the guys who have been given a free pass recently
😂😂 who is going to hold them accountable? We elected criminals The only problem who can hold them accountable is us as citizens but we are sleeping & they will continue for as long as they like
That’s the question we’re all asking! Accountability is exactly what OUTA is pushing for. While it can feel frustratingly slow, we're committed to keeping up the pressure and making sure these cases don’t just fade away. The more people support and spread awareness, the harder it becomes for those responsible to avoid consequences.
@@revelationmalux3515 I sincerely hope you are supporting OUTA. This is the only people whom we can trust in watching, investigating and reporting the truth to the people of our country!... and taking it further.

These comrades are way too expensive. SA cannot afford the skelms anymore Poor law abiding citizens die of hunger while taxes are paying for shameless comrade's luxury lifestyles. Ministers walk around aware of massive corruption - but the media still has to beg them do whats expected of them.
Good day Michelene from Cape Town. Because of this corruption there was a "fees must fall"movement. Students lives were destroyed and no one was held accountable. 💔 How long must this evil continue.
I welcome your hard work and findings , I say well done but what is done about all this corrupt people why is nothing done. They're free and enjoying their luxury life of corruption.
Thank you so much for your support! We share your frustration-seeing those involved in corruption continue with no accountability is infuriating. OUTA’s mission is to expose these injustices and push for action, but real change requires continued public pressure and engagement with the justice system. The fight can be slow, but with more awareness and support, we’re strengthening the demand for consequences and reform.
Question. Why is the incompetence, corruption, mismanagement, theft continuing? Even with the Zondo Commission and work done by so many other institutions, like OUTA, opening our eyes one would have thought that things would have become better, yet it seems it is just getting worse. Please then address it from your viewpoint.
You asking the wrong questions, what happens now to those who have suffered this most due to “social democracy”? Speaking about the problem now isn’t going to fix it. Democrats new all along, this was Cape Towns plan
That’s a very important question, and one we grapple with every day. Despite the Zondo Commission and the relentless work of organizations like OUTA, corruption has deep roots in our systems, often enabled by a lack of accountability at the highest levels. Many implicated individuals remain in power, and critical processes to hold them accountable move at a painfully slow pace or stall altogether. OUTA believes that real change requires a strong, independent justice system, coupled with unwavering public demand for transparency and integrity. We continue exposing these issues because, with enough awareness and pressure, we can shift the tide. Change is possible, but it requires persistent effort, from civil society and each of us as citizens.
Thanks to OUTA for saving us from the slavery that SANRAL was going put us in. Paying for tollgate inside the cities, yho. I remember visiting my son in PTA for just 2 weeks. i paid around R350. We need more civil society participation. Otherwise, we will slaves to members of government. Remember, the CEO of PRASA, who did a terrible job at PRASA, is now the CEO of RAF, which is also in chaos. Shouldn't civil society also take part in these appointments? Allowing someone who should imcopetency in a previous position isn't that recipe for disaster? Do we then address the disaster and then complain about it? If the NPA is unwilling/unable to do anything about it, then something else has to be done. If there's no consequences for wrong doing then, why would they stop? They can still use the shareholders' money to defend themselves from being prosecuted by the shareholders. This equation is weird.
You are so right its not rocket science but the people you are dealing with are of incompetence and corrupt and are not invested in having a SA that is dynamic, well run that poverty is so minimal it can be dealt with by Social Development and Human Settlements, that there is job oportunity and economic stability for all and crime is better managed.
Government printing is apparently being done in rented garage spaces in multistory parkades ( KZN). These ‘companies’ apparently do not even rent business premises
Blade, should be fired long time ago. Why is Cyril protecting him and moving him around to different ministry. What Solly Mpila as to say. The companies that pay subscription must hold back payment until there is accountable.
You’re absolutely right about the 'subscription'-this is actually the compulsory Skills Development Levy that all businesses are required to pay. These funds, meant to support skills development and upliftment, have too often been misused, as OUTA has revealed in these investigations. Unfortunately, businesses can’t legally withhold these payments, but OUTA is committed to pushing for accountability on how every rand is spent. The lack of action and accountability for figures like Blade Nzimande is a huge concern, and it’s why we keep pressing for systemic change.
Years ago the students often went on strike. The students found out that Blade payed the student fund into the the principal's also corrupt banking acc. He is still in the milk and honey position. Shame on you Blade.
You need systems in place to flag any irregularities. Even as a minister you have to get as much feedback from the different departments so that you can pick up irregularities. You have to have your figure on the pulse of what is happening
Why are companies paying over this levy? They must have the balls to demand accountability and the funds must dry up for any form of corruption. The government and SARS simply don’t have the resources to go after every business in SA. it worked with toll roads boycott and it will succeed if CEOs refuse to pay it too.
