We bought a tour to this place from street tour sellers. The tour price was 3000 THB per person. Try to always negotiate with them about the price and ask them to give you some discount, usually they always do. If they don't you can always find another seller, in Phuket they're a lot.
The tour picked us and other 9 people by minivan 7:00am in the morning and took to the Sanctuary then back.
