Ciao Luisa, i am an italian who grew up outside of Italy and last year decided to come back to Italy and start high school here in Italy and just wanna let you know that your video is very helpful and please make more videos of italian high schools. Grazie mille❤
School schedule can vary a lot. I go to school from 7:50 to 14:10 every day but I don't have saturdays or afternoons. Also, depending on the region you might study a language as a second language regardless of school, I have to do 4 hours of german a week in a scientific school for example. Here where I live the scientific school is also more of a generic school, there is a lot of focus on humanistic subjects despite not being a classics school. Lots of literature, history and philosophy and all that
Hi guys. Hope you enjoyed the video. Leave any question you have here and I can maybe do a part two. Also I’m curious, what school would you choose if you were an Italian student?
Hi there. How do you do?? I wanna know something.I live in Florence with my father. I have finished my 10th standard school study from Bangladesh in science department. Now ,I wanna study the intermediate level here. Could you give me any advice which school and department will be good for me..
very helpfull i really like it because i just moved to italy and i thought the school i took didnt cover on the work i liked to do and after watching this video i got realiefe to know that i got the corect school i really recomend the video it is really clear
Not really, the amoung of stress they out on Us, the fact that only the 2% of teachers want to explain their subjects, le rtpe or ppl, the fact that If you even fail only one class you have to go again to school on August so they will decide if you will reapet or you will pass, It's not funky, cool or intreasting at all
This honestly sounds like what I used to complain about to my friends during lunch at 1:30pm while we still had 3 more hours until we could leave. It'd be great if they had an option to go to school a more full day if you weren't sure where to go down the road with your career, though. It just sucks because I've know the path I plan on going down for years but I'm forced to take classes that have nothing to do with my interests. Love from America.
I may go to Italy because of my dad’s job but where I live high school is just 3 years so if I go to Italy I have to take 5 years of high school I hope not
Hi plz guide me i have to move to italy in few months and i am 14 years old and have to go to class9 and cant speak Italian fluently so can we study these compulsary subject in english or there is a school i which i can study these subject in english plz plz suggest me
Excellent video. Really clear introduction. Very impressive and super helpful. In the Licei school, does studying Art also include studying music? Thanks again and keep up the great work.
Hi, I would like to ask you what kind of post secondary professional institution should attend in order to study Architecture in university. Is this same as liceo artistico? How many pro.ins teach in eng ?
Hi. I am 17 years old and I came to italy with my family recently. I am Sri Lankan and I did my studies in English medium upto OL in Sri lanka. I found out a high school in Brindisi (liceo scientifico) that also teaches in english medium but when I talked to them they said they teach History and Geography in French but I don't know french and italian. If i got a chance to get to that school do I need to go from the begining. Is it ok to go from the begining because I am 17 .
There are no English-language public high schools in Italy. How did you study the English language in high school? I want to study English language high school. How can I study in English language public schools in Italy?
Galileo Galilei is the name of an Italian scientist, not a type of school. Individual schools are named after relevant people. Liceo Scientifico would be type.

Hii!! I want know how schools in itlay works, like the days, the hours and just a day in Italian schools, bcz I'm going to travel italy and I'm students (12 years old, my brother 14 and 17) i want to know about it, if you have pictures of your school or classes or videos so i can see, and is there going to be school this year, covid-19 pandemics..... And when? Thanks
Oh you answered that you're going school this year and pls make a video " a day in italian school" something like and if you can mention me or send me the link or idk
Hlw Luisa...your video is so helpful and you are so good 😊.actually i'm new in Italy but i can't find the right way to study here...can you please help me ? I will wait for your response...Thank you in advance ❤
Hi Im not the creator of the video but some advice i could give is ORGANIZE YOUR STUDYING/HW DURING THE WEEK trust me itll help you so much you dont want hw or studying for the interrogazioni to stack up (speaking from experience lmao) and find a study method that works for you!
Okay so, if you fail 3 subjects or more you have to repeat the whole year. If you fail only one or two you have to take an exam of those specific subjects before the start of the new school year. The exam covers all the topics you studied throughout the tear. If you fail those tests again chances are you might repeat the whole year.
exellent video , my age is 17 and I went to elementary school in Italy and I dropped and went to Sri Lanka . now I am back to do the rest here in Italy and my ambition is to become a pilot , so what should I choose is it lucio or instito and what subject if it lucio . {I went to type the question on instragram but the link doesn't work} . others too can give me suggestions I am waiting for a reply .
Wow. I definitely would’ve been in the classics school if I were Italian, but they all sound so interesting
Erin Pratt maybe you should consider going to human sciences school or science school❤️

This is so different from American schools and honestly the Italian school system seems so much better
Well, our desks are from the world wars so I suppose your system is better in that
It really depends the USA has school buses, no school on Saturday, and don’t have to study so many subjects in a day
I agree
