My device has issue, I bought it last week but I'm having a problem already, when I'm going to menu the device suddenly hanging and stuck, esc and arrow button is not working, and the support is not available, please be responsible specially on sales after service

Dear Jaff, Greetings from NGTeco, YES our time clocks are Realtime standalone device which calculates hourly and with its simple settings you can clock out for breaks and clock back in after breaks which will calculate the daily and total hours.
