Average due date bills of exchange due for payment on different due dates as under these meters problems do mam.

If we are given such loan amount
I took different dates as base but average due date is same
But from which date we have to calculate ibterest if due date payment not given
Like took loan in 2009 1st installment 2010,so in a particular question the due date is 2012 , and if base date is 2009 we are calculating for 3 years and if our base date is 2010 it's for 2 years interest so whats the correct way from where we should calculate it
