Sorry sir ....I can not do this method in CA intermediate accounting exam because there is method called internal rate of return .
In this method we have to assume two rates and then find an average IRR. NO RATIO METHOD.
BY THE WAY UR METHOD IS AMAZING.

So you must be able to prepare ledger accounts without wasting time by preparing Journal Entries.
