My transportation and me visiting a mine for the first time is hindering 😭😭. I've been buying from stores and online, but I bet it's nothing like mining. Snakes are outside stopping me from visiting the creeks where I found Citrine, Amethyst and possibly Agate. I have so much Magnetite crystals using a 🧲 magnet . I encourage anyone to take a magnet on their crystals journey.
I've been watching for years now and just wanna say, the knowledge combined with the attitude and genuine excitement is just the best combination it's so heartwarming. plus on top of that I get to see cool rocks and crystals? 101/10
Bryan has upped his Crystal Game by 1000% I have been watching you dig some of my favs for years but this takes the whole cake... A Cave??? My dude is The Boss out here when it comes to crystals. I Salute you Bryan. You are the best
Man I’ve been a rock hound for many years and I’ve got to sincerely say you’ve gotta be one of the luckiest guys on the planet. I don’t mean like lucky I mean like you’re totally blessed to see all the beautiful things you see and do. If you’re ever passing through Amarillo be sure to pick me up and take me with you on a crystal collecting adventure! Take care and have fun.
🙌🙏👍💎🙌🙏💜 thanks so much for the kind words, you have to join us on a dig one of these days, Arkansas was not too far, we may do some huge public events there this fall to winter
We stayed in Terlingua on a geology field trip in college. They may have a hard time selling the place since there is basically NOTHING there. Big Bend National park on the other hand is breathtaking.
My husband and I went camping in Big Bend a few years ago and we took a day trip to Terlinga. I bought a piece of “rainbow calcite” that is supposed to be from the local are. I’ll have to check and see if it glows on the dark.
Hey Brian. You are sooo enthralled by those crystals 🔮 you're positively floating. 🤤 High on that indescribable feeling you get when you reveal a new crystal 🔮. I see the addiction here. Beautiful AND lucrative! Brilliant! Stay peaceful. You deserve it. ♥️😁🌈🌍✌
Hey my friend, it's really incredible the video you uploaded!! Here in the city where I live in Kalamata Messinia in Greece on a hike I did I found a cave that is entirely made of calcite crystals and is beautiful but it is very small cave from the one you showed us in your video!! I've called it the Crystal Cave. I have uploaded 3 videos to my channel and a micro that I have lit the UV lens!! Congratulations on the excellent video!!
I never cared for calcite very much. I knew it would glow it just never came across as something "spectacular" compared to other crystals. You just gave me a new appreciation for calcite. I didn't know it would pulse like that, that is very strange, that is cool as hell, that is spectacular.
If you are still in West Texas, you must go to the Caverns of Sonora. It’s in Sonora of coarse, right off rt 10. It’s a cave like no other and I’m not exaggerating. Voted the worlds beautiful show cave on the planet! Solid Crystals everywhere!
What a cool place! I know there’s more old mines in Missouri. It’s hard to find the right people to get ahold of but... I’m working on it! I have seen some things!!! I know one of the old mines even has amethyst!
Yeah Bruce the professor has been trying to get me to check that amethyst spot out for about 10 years now, maybe we should do that! He knows the exact locations and everything
@@TheCrystalCollector um... YES!!! YES!!! YES!!! DUUUUUUDE... It's my ultimate Missouri rockhounding goal to find some amethyst!!! that and a mammoth or mastodon tooth... I think Missouri has HUGE untapped potential. I think there's at least 100 more places like Haunted Ridge! Let's get em!
Awesome video I love my Texas you should do more videos in Texas that would be so cool and I liked you going into the old mine you should do more videos like that.
Wow 👏 just met you guys last night at the skatepark glad I came up on you guys these videos are amazing!! Cheers with my Amethyst you gifted! Good vibes and safe adventuring my dudes!
Seriously love you and your videos so much. You play a huge role in inspiring things on my bucket list! Can't wait to get out there and try these things you do.
Blair Pittman took a friend and me down into this mine about 15 years ago. He showed us Dead Dog Drop (the walled pit you comment on) and took our pictures standing in the calcite geode. The miners unexpectedly had punched through a wall of the cave of crystals. He made his homemade wine down there in a side pocket near the entrance. He was a hoot who loved to live life, and we miss him.
wish i didn’t live in seattle so i could actually prospect like this and check out old mines. the best i can get is ONE quartz vein site that got unearthed in a huge landslide a couple hundred thousand years ago that’s been dug since the 60s, and is on a public trail. so nothing big. the stuff you guys do is the stuff of my dreams. I need to join the NW rock hounds group
Definitely would want to have the tailings and dust tested for toxicity before signing the papers. Otherwise, there could be liability for the owners for any people quartz collecting (or otherwise out in those areas).
No, found out that it’s mostly tiny Cinnabar that form there, we did find a few pieces outside but I didn’t want to keep them. I guess most of that material was taken, they really clean the place out
@@TheCrystalCollector Brian, what is your email brother? I would like to set up a tour of our amazing town here in Nevada County. Gold mining, all kings of quartz, and so much more. It will be amazing! Lodging will be epic bro!
What a great place to explore Bryan, and to see thousands of crystals in situ. Its amazing just how dangerous mercury is to humans yet for many years it was used as a medicine yet it is highly poisonous. All those tailings show just how long those brave men were mining there and I wonder if it was cooler or hotter in the mine than in the outside? When you see all those crystals and then the green once the UV light is off it's a wonder of nature to me, absolutely beautiful sweetheart. Dillon looks so happy exploring with you and seeing all these wonderful places with you but I can see why Matrix was kept safely away bless him. Thank you for showing me places and wonderful things I will never see in person, Terry laughed at how engrossed I was but all I did was show him a shot of the crystals and he said to say hello Bryan lol. Take care and stay safe please my friends God bless you all love and hugs to you Dillon and Matrix Mary-Ellen and Terry UK
Yes the mine was pretty wild, at first we were going to wear mask but then we decided because we found out the humidity was super low and it has not rained in a while so there should not have been any gas is present in the location. I can’t remember the temperature but it was much cooler inside than outside, very nice. Yeah Dylan is having a awesome time I think, getting to explore the states! Blessings to y’all
I like your videos, all of them. Like your ample knowledge about crystals and minerals, and knowledge about how to dig them out without breaking the fragile parts... But one thing I'd like to say out loud: please wear a industrial-purpose mask to properly protect yourself. There might be some kind of toxic chemicals in the air while u go into or go deep down the mines. Stay safe and show us more videos of your amazing adventures!

Where is this place. Can nu help me purchase mercury
Wooww amazing 🤩🤩👍👍👍 ( From indonesia )
I found a flashing rock in the UK once. It was the same colour as those too so that must have been calcite.....
Beautiful presentation, the next state Nevada !!

@@TheCrystalCollector You da man! Ty for the kind words.
Good job ‼️
You should look for a UV laser pointer/flashlight. Intense UV light makes the fluorescence and phosphorescence brighter and longer lasting.
That’s exactly what I used was a flashlight long wave, One of the best on the market, most powerful
That would be sweet to own that piece of property unless it was considered toxic and had to pay to clean it up.
I 3rd that lol
