I have a very small Import/Export company in Canada and I'm considering incoporating an entity in Belgium for EU-related trade. Main reason is that Belgium has a seriously good logistics network and good culture for supply chain. But the business won't have any employees or anything. It will just be a legal entity, and will have local Belgian banking to do some small-scale import/export. I have dual EU nationality, so no visa issues, but I have no intention of living in Belgium. Is Belgium cost-effective to run such a business? Or are there better options?
Do you have a video that goes over the Italian portion of this in more detail?
