Because he was a WMD expert and retired in 2005, I'm surprised that the interviewer didn't ask him about the CIA's botched assessment of Iraq's WMD status.

I noticed that as well. I'm 15 minutes into the podcast. I also noticed when he was talking about getting people to trust him, he took on the tone he'd probably use actually doing that type of work. His voice changed. He wanted to show off a bit I suppose. An unchecked ego will expose your secrets every time.
Mad Dog was smooth as silk through the whole interview. Eyes and head focused. Funny, charming, and disarming. Then the UFO/UAP moment. He basically turns his eyes and head a tiny bit and stops being charming. He regurgitated all of the same stuff that everyone else and there brother has said on TH-cam while losing his carisma, comfortable flow, and natural feel.

I've studied the U.F.O. "THING" all my life (61 yrs),Entire family been involved with directly a sighting -missing time-possable abduction and our CAR being physically MOVED NORTH 30+ miles in 1969 (remember nothing except a Bright BEAM hitting the car & passing out, I woke up first in a panic-then everyone just "Switched back on" , in mid sentance?). IT'S REAL is all I can say!
A good question or conversation would have been whether the whole UFO secrecy subject has the Intelligence Community and the DOD handing over possible UFO material and discoveries over to Private industries to keep the subject out of the public domain.
28:40 leads to the question if James considered his assets to be real friendships. He responds not always, but sometimes. He tells the story of someone it took 11 yrs to turn as an asset, because it took James that long to find the persons vulnerability or stresses. Yet, James says in this case, him and this guy are real friends, even brothers. To me, if you are intentionally in a relationship for eleven years keeping an eye out for a persons vulnerability to manifest itself so you can exploit it (in this case to steal secrets), don't call it a real friendship.

I would add one more item to your observations. How about this: The interviewer actually let's his guest answer the question. And when he does ask a follow-up question, the question actually reflects that he was actually listening to his guests previous answer.
Once CIA, always CIA. I admire his convincing skills, totally worked on the interviewer. Like he said in the beginning, he manipulates, converts and gives trust with great confidence. Its hard not to believe him, and that's a compliment. I can see why he was recruited. Still loved the interview!
The guest is still a solid wall of secrecy, but was kind, and gentle with his retelling of living history as the CIA wishes the public to know the facts. Victoria Nuland, if the labs were being used to help people then why was she worried about Russians finding them? Why did Ukrainian govt ask the bio labs to destroy their paperwork the day of the Russian invasion, also why did UN refuse to look at the paperwork the Russians tabled - paperwork which implicated high ranking US Democrats and well known philanthropists ? UN refused to read Russian evidence then declared their are no bio labs in Ukraine- then Nuland admitted they were there in the US senate. The Russians also stated there were unusual disease outbreaks in the Donbas since 2014. This however is hard to prove and will have to take further studies after the conflict to prove or disprove this. However the other things are able to check.

One of the only podcast I watch all the way through. The content was interesting but I found equally interesting is this man's ability to maintain absolute composure and posture throughout. Never heard of Northwoods... HA. But that was the only time that for a split second he divulged body language.

Ive seen 'covert compensation ' first hand. Had a boss who stole from his workers, so one late night at the office, in walks through the back door, a coworker of mine who was surprised to see me there. Coincidentally our cameras were down that day, and I had some work to catch up on, so i stayed late. Lots of office materials were missing in those months since our boss robbed us of our pay.

I'm an Annapolis grad and I can tell you that the lead singer of Blink 182 was picked to help get past the traditional ridicule that surrounded the UFO topic in the past. It was thought that the headline would generate some laughs at first, but that those laughs would displace the ridicule and discrediting that had previously been aimed at this topic. A lot of work has gone into getting this info out to the public, and previous generations of leaders have comingled political criminal activity with the counter-intel work that was used to make the ufo people look crazy. The corruption got so bad that guys like Harvey Weinstein could hire out the same types of services on contract. That's a major factor in pushing this topic into public view. The other piece is the so-called Havana Syndrome and what that really is. The public needs to know that human-machine interface weapons are a reality and that the tech you see in shows like Black Mirror, Upload, and Altered Carbon exists and is used in the types of schemes that Weinstein ran on his accusers. The reality of this situation is just simply gross. We need the public to know much more about this because the psychopaths within the deep state who use this tech cannot be stopped. It is going to take a public intervention, and they are targeting thousands and thousands of Americans with these weapons. FYI, the Navy Yard, Florida State University, Baton Rouge, Hollywood Airport, and Las Vegas shooters were each tortured and sexually abused with this tech for a number of years before they went on their criminal rampage. The psychopaths who perpetrated those targeting schemes believe that if they make their crimes over-the-top or scary, that good people won't step in to stop them. I recommend watching professor James Giordano's lecture 'The Brain is the Battlefield of the Future' for more info on this topic. He doesn't pull any punches and that tech is being used on thousands and thousands of Americans right now.

He is so sharp, I don’t think he misspoke one syllable in this extensive interview, which at times he spoke in very technical terms. Informative interview, really enjoyed it! Years ago my girlfriend and I along with another witness observed through binoculars a UAP high above the Denver Metro area (nowhere near Buckley AFB). Several jets, which were tiny in comparison to the object were flying around it. We thought this sighting was going to change the world. It would be all over the TV and the papers. However, the next day not so much as a peep. If it hadn’t been for the two other witnesses, I would have doubted my sanity at witnessing the original event.
that's awesome, I know my step dad one night witnessed 3 red lights back in 2001-2002 or somewhere around there, I was in middle school at the time... anyways those lights would be floating and then going at high speeds and taking incredible turns nothing the jets or plane would be doing and a time before drones. I believe in the same night we heard a sonic bomb sound that woke up our entire neighbor hood and just to give clarity our neighborhood was not like the ones where houses are really close and were in middle of nowhere. I am assuming they were trying to chase it down or testing an aircraft.
I was a major gifts officer for a major university asking people for large sums of money. While not asking people to do illegal things some of the techniques he used like becoming a friend, and providing reasons that offered the donor something they wanted or needed , gaining their trust sounds familiar.

I built the prototype for an enterprise financial (at first) reporting web app in 1997 (Clarity became UMReports) and saw a lot of interesting data that surprised me. A lot of MIC money into unexpected colleges, like Education+ Human Development. But, those sponsored accounts were on a separate database and access was kinda difficult. Also, over the years, I found out that the Deans of colleges had roles much like development officers. I think about the cultural changes brought about by the universities and colleges across the country and I remember seeing the complete coordinated efforts around the 2016 election. Publicly paid deans campaigning for "her" in official college newsletters. The response was not organic. 100k people got a mandatory letter/message, insinuating we must be upset by the results, in December. I complained about it before and after the election (based on ethics, not my politics, which rejected the Uniparty since before the 1996 election.). My 27 year career ended, with no reason cited, a couple weeks after the 2nd one. I also mentioned some ridiculous middle management cronyism. The little Napoleons are everywhere there! I saw the big picture then, including the move to replace "sex" with "gender" in EEO statements. (No sex, no sexism. The woke didn't/don't realize the giant rug pull.) There's no way this was isolated to our system. #GoGophers 😔

These types of interviews are bittersweet for me. It’s interesting and entertaining, but you know you’re getting lied to or mislead 90% of the time. Remember people. It was this man’s job to mislead and trick people. And as he said you only get better as you go. Cool interview non the less.

What a great find, this interviewee is fantastic! I know quite a bit as I have family in the agency, follow the Ukrainian war daily with content from both sides, and also follow former sof/intel guys... What this guy says 100% adds up to the other experts, so refreshing compared to talking heads and general news commentary or former officials who are hired commentators and don't actually follow things and stay in the loop but rather or just cashing in. This guy doesn't overstep or overstate what he knows or doesn't know and also seems to have a very good understanding of current capabilities and countermeasures. 👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am skeptical of government that now seems to be conditioning us that UFOs do exist. Maybe they do, but the government's timing is suspicious. I wonder if we will see a staged UFO attack to bring fear to the masses and be used for government control. That's is a very plausible conspiracy theory. Seems like daily shocks of what our government/deep state is capable of doing to the people.
He may have gotten permission to tell his story, but why he is telling it indicates (to me) a flaw in his personality that I would have thought the agency would have spotted, and found a potential problem. Listening to him gives me the creeps.

Mad Dog was smooth as silk through the whole interview. Eyes and head focused. Funny, charming, and disarming. Then the UFO/UAP moment. He basically turns his eyes and head a tiny bit and stops being charming. He tells the story of someone it took 11 yrs to turn as an asset, because it took James that long to find the persons vulnerability or stresses. Yet, James says in this case, him and this guy are real friends, even brothers. To me, if you are intentionally in a relationship for eleven years keeping an eye out for a persons vulnerability to manifest itself so you can exploit it (in this case to steal secrets), don't call it a real friendship.

I would add one more item to your observations. How about this: The interviewer actually let's his guest answer the question. And when he does ask a follow-up question, the question actually reflects that he was actually listening to his guests previous answer.

I'm an Annapolis grad and I can tell you that the lead singer of Blink 182 was picked to help get past the traditional ridicule that surrounded the UFO topic in the past. It was thought that the headline would generate some laughs at first, but that those laughs would displace the ridicule and discrediting that had previously been aimed at this topic. A lot of work has gone into getting this info out to the public, and previous generations of leaders have comingled political criminal activity with the counter-intel work that was used to make the ufo people look crazy. The corruption got so bad that guys like Harvey Weinstein could hire out the same types of services on contract. That's a major factor in pushing this topic into public view.
The other piece is the so-called Havana Syndrome and what that really is. The public needs to know that human-machine interface weapons are a reality and that the tech you see in shows like Black Mirror, Upload, and Altered Carbon exists and is used in the types of schemes that Weinstein ran on his accusers. The reality of this situation is just simply gross. We need the public to know much more about this because the psychopaths within the deep state who use this tech cannot be stopped. It is going to take a public intervention, and they are targeting thousands and thousands of Americans with these weapons. FYI, the Navy Yard, Florida State University, Baton Rouge, Hollywood Airport, and Las Vegas shooters were each tortured and sexually abused with this tech for a number of years before they went on their criminal rampage. The psychopaths who perpetrated those targeting schemes believe that if they make their crimes over-the-top or scary, that good people won't step in to stop them.

Informative interview, really enjoyed it! Years ago my girlfriend and I along with another witness observed through binoculars a UAP high above the Denver Metro area (nowhere near Buckley AFB). Several jets, which were tiny in comparison to the object were flying around it. We thought this sighting was going to change the world. It would be all over the TV and the papers. However, the next day not so much as a peep. If it hadn’t been for the two other witnesses, I would have doubted my sanity at witnessing the original event.
that's awesome, I know my step dad one night witnessed 3 red lights back in 2001-2002 or somewhere around there, I was in middle school at the time... anyways those lights would be floating and then going at high speeds and taking incredible turns nothing the jets or plane would be doing and a time before drones. I believe in the same night we heard a sonic bomb sound that woke up our entire neighbor hood and just to give clarity our neighborhood was not like the ones where houses are really close and were in middle of nowhere. I am assuming they were trying to chase it down or testing an aircraft.

I was a major gifts officer for a major university asking people for large sums of money. While not asking people to do illegal things some of the techniques he used like becoming a friend, and providing reasons that offered the donor something they wanted or needed , gaining their trust sounds familiar.

But, those sponsored accounts were on a separate database and access was kinda difficult.
Also, over the years, I found out that the Deans of colleges had roles much like development officers.
I think about the cultural changes brought about by the universities and colleges across the country and I remember seeing the complete coordinated efforts around the 2016 election. Publicly paid deans campaigning for "her" in official college newsletters. The response was not organic. 100k people got a mandatory letter/message, insinuating we must be upset by the results, in December. I complained about it before and after the election (based on ethics, not my politics, which rejected the Uniparty since before the 1996 election.). My 27 year career ended, with no reason cited, a couple weeks after the 2nd one. I also mentioned some ridiculous middle management cronyism. The little Napoleons are everywhere there!
I saw the big picture then, including the move to replace "sex" with "gender" in EEO statements. (No sex, no sexism. The woke didn't/don't realize the giant rug pull.)
