I renovated this house in my spare time.
I'd forgotten how truly horrific it was in the beginning, and I'm amazed that you didn't bulldoze it and start over. I'd never really thought of the parallel with how our heavenly Father takes a seemingly hopeless mess of a life and turns it into a thing of beauty. You've done a good thing, sir. If this house could talk, it would thank you, over and over again.

Generally renovations straight gayathri you just got them and do what you want but in case in case of this new buildings new builds take a take a year of planning like you have to probably leave the property make it for 12 months while you get planning if you get the planning you want it's quick to flip in renovate
This house selling in 2 days is a testament to your determination and skill to bring this house back to its original beauty and you did a stellar job. I'm glad its finally over for you. I'm sure the neighbors are really happy this house looks so much better.

This house went from looking like a scene in a post apocalyptic film to a luxury home. Great job 👍
Abused and forgotten for years and a miracle worker stops by and says, “hey I can turn you back to being beautiful!!!” “No way, the house says!” Three years later...”see, I told you I could make you Beautiful again!” The big house replies with a big sigh of relief and says, “Thank, thank, thank you!!! You said you could and you did! Now I will have a new family move in and can enjoy me once again!”

Whoever buys this home will be very lucky. The older homes are so better built then tract homes they build today, you took this home to a different level. You and your family should be very proud of the incredible effort that was put into this beautiful home.

OMG I just love men who have the knowledge and ability to do all these wonderful building things. It has been my luck over my long life to never have a granddaddy, daddy, boyfriend, husband, or son who can even hang a curtain rod or drive a nail without making a mess. Your wife is a lucky woman. Amazing ! Your Dad and Mom said this video was wonderful and boy were they right ! You took something that looked like such an absolute mess and made it beautiful ! As I watched the transformation take place I thought God works the same way He can take a life that is in such disrepair and totally restore and renew it into a beautiful masterpiece . You and your family did such an amazing job on this house and this video was awesome as well !
I followed the series over time and am so proud of you and your family. You said you weren't going to make a fortune after selling the home, just that you wanted to save it from it's eventual doom. I do hope that the funds find a way to enrich your life for the better for you because you have earned it. Many times I heard you say, "I'm doing this because if it were my house, I would want it done." That spoke volumes to me. We had a house fire in 2016 and it destroyed a room in my downstairs apartment. I worked for 6 months to renovate the entire first floor, new plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall/plaster, flooring, and home made trim (with a router and bit set). I know the work you put into it! I also know the reward of finishing it and being able to say it's completed. Well done! Thank you for sharing these bits and pieces of your life with us.
