"Do you really feel like the Chiefs are the best team in the AFC?" - Everyone is jock riding the Ravens all of a sudden because they blew out one team. Everyone is ignoring the fact that the Chiefs beat them and had the toughest first three game schedule to start the season.
The Chiefs' current 10-game winning streak features 2 wins against the Ravens, 2 against the Bengals (one of which, to be fair, was without Joe Burrow), 2 against the Chargers (one of which was without Justin Herbert, but the Chiefs also rested their starters in that one), 1 against the Bills, 1 against the 49ers, 1 against the Dolphins, and 1 against the Falcons. It might be the toughest slate of opponents ever across a span of 10 games that all resulted in wins.
Back up tackles made that game impossible. With the o line shuffle we had no continuity and can't run and no receivers can separate with the time the makeshift o line is providing. The chargers have a good amount of foundational pieces we just need to build the depth
“Mahomes doesn’t look that good” “Do they look like the best team in the AfC” Blah blah blah. They’re 4-0. That should terrify teams. They’re playing B- football and it’s only September. You’d think people would have learned after last year.
That's the thing. They are playing below average football AND are still 4-0. Not to mention they have the tie breaker on two of their toughest competition coming into the season.
Also Mahomes has had some ugly picks, but i dont know how anyone can say he doesn’t look good after seeing him launch a 64 yard bomb right on the money to Worthy

Do you ever wonder if Patrick is bored and trying to amuse or challenge himself? Remember the early playoff years where each of three teams dot a 2 or 3 score head start then in 7 minutes, Patrick was making 31 points Last years challenge was get the receivers to drop half the passes, then win. This year, well Pat just takes out his own best players and still wins. I think this is a savant challenge, lol
Come December it’s gonna be a different story our tackles Bosa and the Derwin James suspension not worried I know my chargers were gonna lose but it will be a different story by the end of the season.
The problem for me with living here is SOCAL (Ventura County) as a life long Chiefs Fan is that I have to listen to all the LA sports media GARBAGE about how great the Chargers are.
These last two years really remind me of the back end of the Patriots Super Bowl runs. Mediocre performance during the regular season, eeking out wins, then just get it done in the playoffs.
As a Chargers fan, I’m totally cool with them playing tough football running the ball, but they kept running the ball when they shouldn’t. It barely worked. Imagine how many they could’ve scored if they chose to throw a few more times.
The worst interception Mahomes has ever thrown was the overtime throw into double coverage during the first AFC championship against the Bengals. The chiefs had just won the coin toss after a terrible second half and they had a chance to go score and win the game. Instead Mahomes turned it over and let the Bengals win by kicking the overtime field goal. The worst you can say about this interception is that it was potentially season ending. That OT interception was absolutely season ending.
The reason the Chiefs Defense is so good is Spags does not allow any input from Nagy. Nagy is the real issue. Look at what he says and does and his record. Since he has been coaching he has been fired or let go from every team. No team wants a coach that tries to be friends with players instead of holding them accountable. The offense has gotten worse every season with him because he justifies not correcting issues with his better luck next time attitude. Fire Nagy bring Back EB and win 5 more Superbowls or keep him and never win again.
The ONLY points the chargers scored all game, were the two turnovers the chiefs committed on their first two drives. Zero points the rest of the game. Like? C'mon. What are we talking about here
Outside of Chris Jones, Mahomes, Kelce and Butker, Rashee Rice the player Chiefs could least afford to lose for the year... And it was another terrible INT by Mahomes. And what made it even sadder for Rashee Rice was the fact that he made a great play on the ball after the INT to strip it from the Chargers' player only to have Mahomes' body impact his knee... Chiefs are now gonna have to fully lean into their Defense as the Offense is gonna struggle to get 20 points a game... Chiefs scores are gonna look like Pittsburgh scores... Lots of 14-10 type scores. Going forward if we're thinking about betting the Chiefs totals, gotta be the Unders for the next few weeks until the bookies adjust.
This offense is going to have a tough time to figure this out with all these injuries Yeah you got Reid, Mahomes and Kelce but it can’t just be them or im wrong or they’re just that great😂😂😂
If you're playing the Chiefs and they're winning by 10 points, you know you have little hope of winning because good teams almost never surrender double-digit leads. But if you're playing the Chiefs and _you're_ winning by 10 points? You've provoked them to wrath and the only thing you can do is pray.
Yet another trash take from Brockman. The Chiefs looked INFINITELY WORSE last year and won a SB. The Chiefs beat the Ravens who clocked the Bills btw. Chiefs #1.

The chiefs will be FINE... next man up... maybe they can go pick up Amari or some second tier WR just until Brown gets back. Hunt looked legit as a Pounding RB... they get Helair back and Pacheco and they'll have Hunt. NO Team in the NFL looks scary... Who is better in the NFL than the Chiefs ? Like Rich said... doubt them at your own Peril.
LMAO can't wait for them to lose.
Turning the ball over like that is gonna lose you the game in the playoffs😉
@@TheAireaidLordkeep crying boy
@@mikesilverthorn911So they'll do what they did last year and stop turning the ball over so much in the playoffs
Chiefs are a defense team this year and last year. I wonder how Sneed is enjoying his money in Tennessee?
Back up tackles made that game impossible. With the o line shuffle we had no continuity and can't run and no receivers can separate with the time the makeshift o line is providing. The chargers have a good amount of foundational pieces we just need to build the depth
As a Chiefs fan I feel like the only away game they have is Denver. The Chargers and Raiders games have a ridiculous amount of Chiefs fans.
The Chiefs are a top-tier defensive team.
The first drive was a great offensive showing. The second drive was great… after that, the defense ended it
I like the Chiefs. An observation, not a judgement. They are winning UGLY. Very unsettling.
Mahomes is 12-0 when his opponent’s get ahead by 10.
Call Tyreek Hill. Can you imagine Worthy and him on the same team!? Catch them if you can. Maybe Tyreek needs a change of scenery.
Why would we want him? He is busy with his baby mommas
Tyreek is way too much of a diva and a problem child off the field for me to ever want to see him in a Chiefs uniform again.
The Chargers even without those injuries do t have the offensive juice.
Like how we get no mention of how injured the Chargers were in very important positions.
“Mahomes doesn’t look that good”
“Do they look like the best team in the AfC”
Blah blah blah.
@@nopeteys2424 they’ve actually been quite effective at moving the ball all season. It’s just been some awful turnovers.
But I’ll take that over the alternative. Turnovers can be fixed, especially when they’re primarily Mahomes led b
@@thatstheway2429 Yep. They've been just as likely to throw a pick inside of the 10 yard line as they are to throw a touchdown pass. Most of their red-zone trips result in field goals or interceptions. Hopefully Hunt can change that.
Not a soul worried about the Chiefs
Said the Eagles fan? Lmao
I think the Chiefs look as good as the Eagles did last year beginning the season. Winning close games, but not looking great. The difference is that Mahomes is way more talented and consistently good than Hurts. The Chiefs are probably gonna be final four or better again.
Are you serious the Chiefs gave the Chargers that game on a silver platter and still lost
The refs gave it right back 2 extremely obvious missed pass interference plays
Welcome to every single chiefs game for the past three years
@@Nobo35 Kinda wild take as KC was the most penalized team last season...
Anytime someone blames the refs they don't watch football just following a trend. Boring crybabies
@@DenBover-pf7xk Cognative Dissonance in full effect.
The problem for me with living here is SOCAL (Ventura County) as a life long Chiefs Fan is that I have to listen to all the LA sports media GARBAGE about how great the Chargers are.
Amari Cooper could step in immediately. So could (cough cough) Tyreek... Not realistic. But what if
Agreed but what about DeAndre?
These last two years really remind me of the back end of the Patriots Super Bowl runs. Mediocre performance during the regular season, eeking out wins, then just get it done in the playoffs.
2:20ish Eisen says "Get Got" maybe a luh shout out to michaelarob and beastmodes new show
I love it @richeisen!
And thank you eisen for recognizing the chiefs greatness despite their lackluster play
Higgins Adams Cooper snag one for that cushion. If not we can still go deep or win it all.
Xavier Worthy is getting better. Next game should be interesting.
Nah that hit tyreek in his chest and he bounced it back to the other team. Yesterday was way worse
I like Rich but I gotta watch in 2x speed
Cooper or DHop.
Thing is they are getting “got” with all those injuries and they’re overcoming that.
I would say that this is the first time in NFL history that a quarterback throws an interception and injures his top receiver ON THE SAME PLAY!
Rich has it right...rinse and repeat...rinse and repeat
The reason the Chiefs Defense is so good is Spags does not allow any input from Nagy. Nagy is the real issue. Look at what he says and does and his record. Since he has been coaching he has been fired or let go from every team. No team wants a coach that tries to be friends with players instead of holding them accountable. The offense has gotten worse every season with him because he justifies not correcting issues with his better luck next time attitude. Fire Nagy bring Back EB and win 5 more Superbowls or keep him and never win again.
Funny how Kelce did well, and Derwin James was suspended.
The ONLY points the chargers scored all game, were the two turnovers the chiefs committed on their first two drives. Zero points the rest of the game. Like? C'mon. What are we talking about here
When my Broncos defense comes to play the Chiefs, Mahomes is gonna have a long day.
This offense is going to have a tough time to figure this out with all these injuries
Yeah you got Reid, Mahomes and Kelce but it can’t just be them or im wrong or they’re just that great😂😂😂
2 turnovers early in the game and we hand them 10 points. Our defense is a beast . Chiefs kingdom baby
Karma wheel finally came around on Rice
If you're playing the Chiefs and they're winning by 10 points, you know you have little hope of winning because good teams almost never surrender double-digit leads. But if you're playing the Chiefs and _you're_ winning by 10 points? You've provoked them to wrath and the only thing you can do is pray.
it might have to do with defenses being told not to tackle majomes
Mr Rice got what he deserved for criminal off field activities! Yes Chiefs Fan!
Yet another trash take from Brockman. The Chiefs looked INFINITELY WORSE last year and won a SB. The Chiefs beat the Ravens who clocked the Bills btw. Chiefs #1.
The Chiefs did not look worse last year, that's the cope of copes.
They looked way better last year.
@@kyletucker3811 😂😂😂 ok, sure they did. You’re right, Kadarius handing the ball to the other team to end games was better. Let’s not forget he and Skyy Moore were our starters because we had no depth. So even though Mahomes played better he had no support and help. This is not coping, these are facts.
