First got this album as a present from my nephew who worked on it with him....years ago...almost worn it to bits, memorized all the lyrics, and now I"m battling colon cancer...every word about Heaven has even more meaning than it did when my mother died unexpectedly at the end of 2011

@Brian Bachinger Thank you! I first posted that five years ago. I have beaten Stage IV Colon Cancer, but now I'm kinda fragile and have to stay in bed a lot. But I'm always praising the Lord that Im in remission. God is good...and this is my favorite song still...When I was so sick they thought I was dying, it was such a comfort. Our God is a Marvelous God!

Great to have the context to put to the lyrics of this beautiful song. I appreciate it that much more. God be praised!

2022. I’m pretty sure this poor woman’s suffering has come to an end.

I can hear Phil Keaggy's 'My Auburn Lady' in those verses.... and actually - a whole lotta Zep's 'Goin to California' in this song. You were recommended by Carolyn Arends, so I took a listen.
