Hey everyone I hope you all enjoy the video! Was the most challenging run of this game I've had so far lol Mistlands is no joke! I've also cut down on saying "Good Boys" by at least 50% so hopefully it won't be too annoying this time around compared to my first pacifist video :p

People who have "reaction channels" are, in my opinion, useless parasites. They don't create content, add nothing new and use content created by other people to "react" to. This DOMTHAHUSTLA is merely listening to music made by Ryan Upchurch, among others, who actually create art and believes he should be paid for that. Unbelievable.

I agree, I thought that was an intentional feature and was disappointed when it was patched out as a bug - considering the runestone outside that states they locked her in and to leave it alone, her leaving the prison and roaming around fucking shit up would be cool to watch. I was already taken aback by the fights between the jellyfish and the mages, seeing them try to deal with the queen too would be nuts.

Like the old EverQuest Kerafyrm unkillable dragon that would break free of its dungeon and go on a world-rampage if you woke it up, slaughtering all it encountered.
It’s still happening, my husband and I tried fighting the queen and both of us got yeeted. We came back to an empty infested citadel and after climbing the mountain outside we found her roaming on a peak.

yeah and it makes more sense since the dwarves had to seal her in there. there would be no point in sealing her if she couldnt even walk out the door anyways
I always think it would be kind of cool if the build limit wasnt there and you actually could build up in the sky to the dungeons.

Dude, not only did you make a super hard run possible, but you did it before Mistlands was patched and become a lot easier. You don't need that much eiter anymore or the rancid remains trophy. Since it's so rare, it was replaced with regular skeleton trophies. Anyway, great video!

Its so sad Mistlands and recipes become easier. TBH it is not a real challenge to drop rancid remains trophy, but it was a challenge itself. Now its too easy imo. Ok. dungeons were too hard for 1 person but Valheim is too easy and become unsatisfied as a game.

I just started playing the Valheim last week, but the rancid trophy is amongst the first items that actually dropped me from the skeletons... is it really that rare? lol

I was 100% sure you spawned the boss for a nice narrative (not meant to be offensive, I thought it was a nice idea) until I saw this as an ACTUAL bug in the patch notes. Really enjoyed your pacifist runs, hope to see your Ashlands Video!
That's why I put in the patch notes, but I was 100% fully prepared to spend the next 100+ hours trying to kill it with fire lol

Imagine if the queen can escape and be part of a raid until you track and kill it! It would have been an awesome event in Valheim for endgame test to see if our base can even survive the attack.

Mad respect man, and I love the narration. But damn I feel so bad for you having not got the wolf spawner technique down, you can build a little wolf spawner tower to bypass the spawn limit and be the most efficient with your food

Just finished Mistlands myself by killing the Queen and came back to rewatch. Now I understand even more how difficult it was for you 😅
Oh, weird. I never knew the Dead Raiser required a Rancid Remains Trophy at one point. I can see why that was changed to standard Skeleton Trophies. That sounds like it would have been a pain in the ass if they kept that in.

It would be cool if, when you killed the Queen, you got the placeholder item PLUS a much larger wisp that clears large areas of mist.

Another way to beat The boss is dropping stacks of refined ether. particles fly out, and do damage killing the boss by the entrance.

Interesting to see how you did it. I assumed you'd use the only method I'd seen before, refined eitr. Place enough refined eitr in the boss room careful that it doesn't group up and you get free passive damage

Brutal you did this video before Mistlands nerf which i hated with passion, if there is one fault in your video is that you didnt bring a lox to battle the queen, nice run brother it was great to see.

First of all, great video, love every valheim one and I hope you'll do more as the game gets updated!
Second of all I just played a bit with the magic and the skeletons are about the same power as the common goblins. A sword skeleton won 5/5 fights against a sword goblin. Obviously they just get wrecked in mistlands, but still, if they were acutally as weak as the black forest skeletons they'd be literally worthless.
I just hope the magic system gets expanded a lot in the next update, since the magic is super cool, but once we get it the game is pretty much over. Also now that we've got the magic the potential for cool spells is pretty limitless. I'd love if we could choose what we summon, having a selection like maybe an undead wolf, a skeleton, a draugr, so we could choose and adapt to the situation.
When I was doing my Mistland run in Iron and Silver grade gear I noticed that you can build campfires inside the infested mines. Those campfires helped me to damage Seekers as they have weakness to elemental damage. I think you could have used those too.
By the way, you could just cheese her with refined eitr which happened to have the same effect as the refinery that produces it. Few stacks of it would be just enough

some good news here :
with the newly added ashlands tame it is now possible to repeat the queen kill LEGITLY inside the dungeon :) no bugs or exploits needed anymore : the new tame lays eggs which make transporting it easy. and these eggs can be 2 star versions aswell with a 100% rate if the eggs are quality 3. and you can hatch them INSIDE the queens lair.
now getting them WITHOUT killing the queen first is a pain in the ass. but already tested : its NOT IMPOSSIBLE :D you might have to sacrifice a few ships tough....
oh and they would also make the bonemass and yag kills trivial : they resist POISEN AND FIRE DMG :D
oh and you can ride em. but they dont follow you or stay in place like wolves. not a problem in the queens lair case tough. bring 50 eggs in. toss on ground. heat em up. let them kill her majesty. you might actually onl need like 20-30 given how strong they are.

About the "pacifism" criticism... You could argue all day about what is and isn't intentional slaughter. Things have to die in order for you to win..
