i'm, also, not too keen on a "man," reneging on doing his fair part of the housework - and also _lying_ to his wife, in attempting to get out of it

This show was only really funny when Tim Conway was on it. He made us AND the cast laugh! Too many scenes with cheating and divorce. I can't believe that my parents let me watch this show!

Maybe you just had to be there to understand it? I don't get it either. It wouldn't take long to move stuff and to wax the floor. And it also would be nice if Ridger wouldn't mind turning Carol on, if you know what i mean. If they discuss it with like rational adults, he would've watched his game, and she would watch it with him if she really cared about him. But like I said, I dont see how it's funny. It's more like a common grounds heading for divorce
