Love the direction and style I'm seeing so far in this. I'm glad it's trying to set itself apart from the 100s of sword and sandals movies we've seen this decade.
Took me a couple of views but this looks like it will really kick ass. Yeah, it's more gritty than other films of the Arthur myth but I don't mind. The fantasy element is still there and Guy Ritchie's been on a role with Sherlock Holmes films and The Man From U.N.C.L.E. (which was sorely underrated).
Shablau Haduquim I like Excalibur but I do have my problems with it. There was WAY to much material to be covered in one movie, and it sometimes felt kind of rushed. And I HATE Morgan le Fay being used as a villain. She was originally an ally before some monks in the middle ages looked at the story, saw a pagan woman presented as a heroic figure, and rewrote that shit because "JESUS".
***** Actually the casting lists her as Guinevere. Which is odd, because last time I checked Gwen wasn't a mage with yellow eyes XD Maybe they're misleading us.
0:07 Hey, that guy looks like Tormund haha 0:21 Oh! Look, Roose Bolton haha 1:12 Children of the Woods wtf..... 2:02 Littlefinger?!?! WTF IS GOING ON HERE???? (Good to see Eric Banana again, I've always liked that actor)
Guy Ritchie never pretended to make authentic historic movies.. Just look at Sherlock Holmes and you'll understand. Every of his movies are pure rock'n'roll, regardless of the era or the genre... A lot of directors tries to bring modern things in ''historic'' movies, and they often fail. But to me Guy Ritchie is one of the best by doing this, with his own style. I thinks the trailer doesn't really reflet how the movie will be. I was very sceptical before watching S.H. at the times, but I quickly changed my opinion. I hope you'll keep that in mind if you're gonna watch the movie. ;) (sorry for my bad english!)
Exactly, its like his Sherlock films. He brings his Lock Stock/Snatch quirkiness to them. and what is with these idiots comparing everything medieval these days to GoT? As if the show created the bloody fucking medieval era?
George Ianus is correct for the original but who is singing this one is Sam Lee, and according to this facebook this is all there is to this song. He did it just for this promo so there isn't a full version of it.
Ever since I read the Once and Future King my freshman year in high school, I have become a geek for all things King Arthur. I can't wait to watch this movie.
The Sword In The Stone is my favorite Disney movie growing up and still is. Cannot wait to see this movie starring one of my favorite guys, Charlie Hunnam!
After an hour of looking I can only assume that this cover of The Wild Wild Berry is exclusive to the movies soundtrack, sucks considering how long till the movie is out.
I actually said 'what is this? Medieval lock stop and three smoking barrels' then the Guy Richie credit came up, the mans style never changes can't wait to see what he does with a setting like this 👌.
So the song is sung by Sam Lee. On his facebook page he says as much, unfortunately it was only a promo, and he says that it won't be out for awhile. :(
Still love this movie, The sound at the beginning sounds like the one in the Rebel Moon scargiver trailer, good directors their work is 👌they have an eye for good talent
Sons of the round table. From Guy Ritchie (post Madge the hag). I'm in. This actually does look pretty good. Like it takes more of the fun and amazing tales of Arthur, rather than trying to make it more realistic like they did with all recent interpretations.
The Song is definitely "The Wild Wild Berry." It's an old folk song. I think this version was made specifically for the movie because I haven't found anyone who could find it.
I'm not watching this unless it has a Frenchman taunting Arthur and his knights, saying "Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!".
This movie NEEDS a sequel!!!! One of the most underrated film in a long time. So we'll done!!!! A+
In a land of myth and a time of magic, the destiny of a great kingdom rests on the shoulders of a young man.
All we want is a small percentage of the profits of this movie to go to season 6. Actually screw it I'll fund it myself dammit I just need a season 6
Lol for a second there I was like haha good reference but that's Merlin, it has nothing to with king Arthu-..... Oh :/
merlinnnn
Wasn't it merlin that made the Excalibur?
You had me at Guy Ritchie
same
Lol. Literally came here to say this.
Why? He is a great director... (The Man from U.N.C.L.E, RocknRolla, Sherlock Holmes and one of my favourite movies SNATCH)
You had me is a good thing, not a bad thing.
+WhiteRose lol. It's a nod from the Jerry Maguire movie "You had me hello" meaning you didn't need to try and convince me any further. :)
Arthur talking with Roose Bolton...shall we just send the wedding invitations now?
little finger is in it to
Yep. At the 2:00 mark, he's pulling a bow. Only for a quick second
The Saxons send their regards.
Theres loads of bows throughout the whole film...

"From Director Guy Ritchie"
I'm fuckin sold. lmamlovfxdfl
Charlie Hunnam....THE NEXT KING OF HOLLYWOOD!!!!!!! Welcome,Sir...we have been waiting a long time!!! It looks seriously fantastic!!!!
After much examination and consolidation with historian friends, we have determined that this movie is set in Narnia.
Well it's definitely Guy Ritchie. The first part of the Trailer looks like Lock, Stock in the middle ages.
Love the direction and style I'm seeing so far in this. I'm glad it's trying to set itself apart from the 100s of sword and sandals movies we've seen this decade.
This movie is one of my FAVOURITES and the music is awesome too !!!!!!!!
You want gritty? Watch Excalibur. Best goddamn movie about King Arthur I ever saw (it's also in a dark fantasy scenary).
MrImastinker mkay so the adaptation isn't perfect.
***** No, it was Morgan who was the villain in Excalibur (or Morgana as the film called her).
***** Actually the casting lists her as Guinevere. Which is odd, because last time I checked Gwen wasn't a mage with yellow eyes XD
Maybe they're misleading us.
"There is absolutely no way I'm fighting"...
*Sees him kicking people's asses 😂😂
0:07 Hey, that guy looks like Tormund haha
0:21 Oh! Look, Roose Bolton haha
1:12 Children of the Woods wtf.....
2:02 Littlefinger?!?! WTF IS GOING ON HERE????
(Good to see Eric Banana again, I've always liked that actor)
Guy Ritchie never cease to amaze :D
guy ritchie's lord of the rings
Song is "The Wild, Wild berry" it's a folk song... this is probably for the trailer/movie.
Well this is something to look forward for 2017
Can't wait to see this movie. My favorite actor and my favorite story all tied in one movie.
The Longest Episode of Game of Thrones Featuring Jax Teller !!!
see, I like Game of Thrones, this looks shit to me.
+SBLux I think it's because some of the costumes as well as the script lines seems too modern at some points in the trailer specifically
Guy Ritchie never pretended to make authentic historic movies.. Just look at Sherlock Holmes and you'll understand. Every of his movies are pure rock'n'roll, regardless of the era or the genre...

Exactly, its like his Sherlock films. He brings his Lock Stock/Snatch quirkiness to them. and what is with these idiots comparing everything medieval these days to GoT? As if the show created the bloody fucking medieval era?
+SBLux warcraft had american accents but i still found myself convinced and immersed. same thing with the witcher series
That song please tell me where i can find it
I've been looking too. All I've found out is that it's some variation of the song "The Wild, Wild Berry" no clue who the performer is.
Duo Noir - Sintra - The wild wild berry
George Ianus is correct for the original but who is singing this one is Sam Lee, and according to this facebook this is all there is to this song. He did it just for this promo so there isn't a full version of it.
the full will probably be released in a soundtrack for the movie
What is Roose Bolton doing here? I thought he was poisoned by his enemies.
I thought he was stabbed by his crazy bastard child.
+Mark James "My beloved father was poisoned by his enemies"
Abhisheks Tech
Not in the show he wasn't.
+Mark James We are to believe he was poisoned by his enemies
Abhisheks Tech
WTF are you talking about?
2:01 you're a big guy
For you
For you.
Dr Pavel, I'm CIA
CIA!
Was getting shot part of your plan?
Good to see Charlie Hunnam again! Hope the movie is good also.
Surprisingly this looks great.
so Bolton helped King Arthur before he went to westeros and Little Finger was archer before he lost his fingers. seems legit :D
What does a King Arthur movie directed by Guy Ritchie even look like? (watches trailer)
Oh... I can watch that
Guy Ritchie? I'm sold
You had my curiosity at Guy Ritchie now you have my attention
If they don't say "help help I'm being repressed" at one point then it's a failure
"I didn't vote for you."
Yesssssss
Strange women laying in ponds, randomly distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.
Come see the violence inherent in the system!
Look, if I ran around, saying I was emperor because some watery tart threw a scimitar at me they'd put me away!
Ever since I read the Once and Future King my freshman year in high school, I have become a geek for all things King Arthur. I can't wait to watch this movie.
one of the best movies i've ever watched in my life.
i recommend it for you and your family
Why Is Roose Botlon here?? And why is Littlefinger here?? Is this going to be a bigger version of the battle of the bastards??
shit, i hope so
Thought I was watching Got with all these casts
The Sword In The Stone is my favorite Disney movie growing up and still is. Cannot wait to see this movie starring one of my favorite guys, Charlie Hunnam!
Warner Bros is coming out with some A1 movies this year. Good Job.
You know it's a guy ritchie film when their are two shirtless guys fighting at a high frame rate
You're quickly becoming a legend……The Legend27.
Guy Ritchie i love you!
Looks good i might check this out
From not even knowing this was getting made to being pretty fucking excited about it.
I'm sold.
Comic con with the trailer drops today.
Wow! Directed by Guy Ritchie! This is going to be something!
This is gonna be sweet
name of the song??
The Wild Wild Berry.
Yeah, but I can't find this cover on youtube.
After an hour of looking I can only assume that this cover of The Wild Wild Berry is exclusive to the movies soundtrack, sucks considering how long till the movie is out.
I love you.
I was about 20 minutes in before I found your comment. Thanks for letting me know it's hopeless.
2017 Movies are loooking sooo good from here. 😀😊
I must watch this trailer every day, it looks really good
Guy Ritchie and Middle ages? Ooooooooooooooh why the hell not!? Looks great!
One of the Best background score.
This looks great, but a TV series of King Arthur done a bit like GoT would be awesome too.
One already happened
+You're A Furry What's it called?
its called merlin its made by the bbc
+You're A Furry I watched a bit of that but that's nothing like GoT mate lol
Oh shit yes it would
I love that this trailer really gives the film it's own unique attitude and feel, even though this is a done-to-death story.
looks amazing
I see Lord Bolton and Littlefinger finally in action.
There are some great actors in this movie
KILLING IT..... Consider me HYPE.
Even Oliphants weren't that big. Ay dios mio
Finally its about time.
Perfect actor to play Geralt of Rivia!
Warner Bros have a great line up of films.
The music is sick in this trailer, NEED IT.
Guy Ritchie .. expect a lot of wise cracking, stop motion narrations, freeze frames and a grayish colour palette. I love every Guy Ritchie movie!
Wee need music and songs like this!
I absolutely have to see this.
It seems that Guy Ritchie is finally back for good...
i cant wait to see charlie hunnam directed by guy ritchie.
first scene looks incredible
I cant help but laugh at how Charlie Hunnam seemingly cant help but keep switching between an English and his slight American accent lol
After 300, looks like this movie will a trendsetter in history war genre.
In the bullshit war genre.
In the 'Once again you have shit on a fantastical tale and now I want to castrate the man who greenlighted this' genre.
2:09 Look Mister Frodo!! It's an Oliphant!!
I actually said 'what is this? Medieval lock stop and three smoking barrels' then the Guy Richie credit came up, the mans style never changes can't wait to see what he does with a setting like this 👌.
Give me all the Guy Ritchie movies!
I'll give them credit, it completely different from any other King Arthur movies I've ever seen.
i love Astrid Bergès-Frisbey
Been a while since a different take on Arthurian stories. Looking forward to it
the song is 'the wild wild berry' by sam lee and sadly thats all there is, it was recorded for the trailer and won't be released
warner bros is killing it right now!!
Eric Banana's BACK... wiv a vengeance son!
So the song is sung by Sam Lee. On his facebook page he says as much, unfortunately it was only a promo, and he says that it won't be out for awhile. :(
Finally a fantasty movie
Still love this movie, The sound at the beginning sounds like the one in the Rebel Moon scargiver trailer, good directors their work is 👌they have an eye for good talent

I was gonna skip this ad until I heard the Roose, needless to say I'll watch it for the Roose and LF
I love this kind of a mix movie, more into fantasy style with some modern take in directed by Guy Ritchie, also great actors used in their best :D
oh this will be good
I'm really hyped for this !! I love Celtic myths 😍😍
Sons of the round table.
From Guy Ritchie (post Madge the hag).
I'm in.
This actually does look pretty good. Like it takes more of the fun and amazing tales of Arthur, rather than trying to make it more realistic like they did with all recent interpretations.
Ho man that's one Hell of an hugly Excalibur we have right there.
Ill watch anything Charlie Hunnam is in.
"Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government."
anyone know the song playing at the start? not the wild wild berry music, the stuff at the beginning. Or is it part of the ost?
looks good
Anyone know the song?
open.spotify.com/track/3s1hwg281BItnNNC44nTD6
im pretty sure the artist is jethro tull but i cant find that particular song.
